Thanks DLD! I'm not new to the PE world, but many of the techniques here will be game changers I'm certain. Like bundled stretches and healing in an elongated state. I came from a slightly different hanging camp, but will be pitching my tent here with you guys. I just purchased and received your hanger last week. I had to experiment and modify my wrapping technique, as I was using only T-band, but I love it. Purchased a sili and duro sleeve as well, but I ordered the wrong size. I underestimated my girth. I need a good ADS and plan on ordering a silistretcher next week. My only concern is if will fit the bill while I'm at work. I run at a sprint 10 hrs a day and do a lot of bending and lifting. If you say it's the ticket, then I'm all in. 7.5" shooting for 8.5" - 9"

I'm currently hanging OTS while bundled. Man what a difference. I'm taking my time and reading though all the pages of threads. Tons of great info here. Added expessive stretches into my stretching routine as well.

your goals are very humble and should be able to make that growth within a year or less. I see that you have read through SRT, that’s a very smart move because the methodology of SRT can be used in any routine. Are you going to be using any tools or have you checked out the tools we have in the store? I'll definitely check out the hanging belt. I usually have around 2 hrs a day invested in hanging. I reached my max lig stretch with my previous hanger and have been working upper angles. However after receiving my Lengthhanger, I've found that it gives my ligs a much better workout, so I'll be starting over with BTC and SD, regular and bundled, while doing some upper angle work to concrete those gains. It truly is a great hanger. The Silistretcher is in my cart as of now. Instinct tells me it's the missing link to my routine. Thanks for great products, service and advice
