Best use of SiliStretcher-2

I really wanna gain length because it’s my toughest attribute to gain. I gain girth very easily.
What’s best? Length master session and then SiliSleev for a few hours and after girth? Or to split up length and girth into separate days?
Because after a girth session if I put on a SiliSleeve it disperses my temporarily girth Un-proportionally. Typically I’ll put rings on after girth and I’ll be able to keep the girth but I feel like it’s harming my length gains.
SiliSleeve post girth or rings? Or both?
 
I would focus on length 1st. When you have reached your goal then start going for girth. I have done both at the same time past couple years but it slows down the progress for length from what some people have told me.
 
If you’re going only for length, which I think is smart, I suggest you pick up both of these tools to make the fastest gains possible.



Once you have this equipment please let me know and I will write a routine specifically for Lent to bring you gains as quickly as possible.
 
I assume with your pumping you already know that the 5×5×3 and SRT is the best girth workout, so I will leave that out. The length portion will be where I will focus. How much time can you dedicate daily?
 
I can do 6 days a week. I’ve only been doing 5 days and 2 off. I can put in 2-4hrs a day if necessary and I can wear the SiliStretcher-2 as long as needed.
 
Since the SiliStretcher is not geared to go beyond 20 pounds this is where I want my last set to be. At such a heavy weight it may be necessary to make some adjustments. I put the SiliSleeve on my penis first and then attach the SiliSleeve to the SiliStretcher. Do not go crazy with the piston, you want about 5 -10 Hg, maybe a turn and a bit more.

As with all routines start with 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches to prestretch the Tunica.

Three 30 Minute Sets
Set one: 1 1/2 pounds
Set two: 3 pounds
Set three: 5 pounds

By the time you hit full fatigue (around the 5 pound mark) sets become heavier taking full advantage of the increased fatigue by increasing weight. By the time you hit the last set your ligs will be screaming!

This same theory of increasing weight to take advantage of fatigue can be used in any weight exercise situation.

After you are finished put your SiliStretcher back on and where in a moderate to light setting for the remainder of the day.

I would also suggest that you go to the SRT Thread and look through that for other routines that may interest you.
 
Yes, I can definitely do this routine. When should I be doing my 5X5X3? How should I split them up or should I just focus on length? Not sure how to incorporate both without slowing down the process. That’s really up to you. If you want to work on length first then I would completely skip any girth work. The 5×5×3 there is no break, you go right from your pump into the SSJ with no break. You always want to do length before girth as it is very hard to stretch an expanded penis.
 
Okay, cool. So I can do my length workouts and then girth. Do you think I will lose my girth if I decide to go back into the SiliStretcher-2 or should I just stay in a sleeve and rings etc?
