Hi I’m very excited to start this I’m marry and the connection with my wife and the sex is awesome. She loves my penis but always said it could be bigger but she is in love with my girth. I would love to make it longer I could only imagine :D I’m 6 to 6.4 in and in girth 6.5-6.8.
I would love all the advices bother and I’m ready to start this journey.
 
Devices can simplify and make things easier,as a newbie the strength of your hands us enough,you may need them once you have reached a plateau, and more intensity is needed

I’m not trying to be greedy 1 or 2 in I’ll be happy
 
Far from my goal,but not as small as I used to,5.5 Bpel to 7+ lenght,my girth is still sucky.
Check the newbie routine too
 
Took me years cause I didn't keep things steady,but if you read about the routines, DLD designed a routine where he gained 2" inches in 6 months
 
Look for an extra half an inch of you want a 7in lenght look for that half an inch.you can have maintenance routine doing stretches, kegels.

Getting back to your questions.....
Right now, you are a noob and do not know where to start..... I have been there too.....
Start with the newbie routine.... It is the most effective routine for beginners like you.....
In the first 2 weeks, your penis will grow significantly...... After that, for a very long time you will not see any gains(This is completely normal as your body will take time to adapt to PE). This time depends upon your health, physique, lifestyle and also age. After that you will see gains depending upon the intensity of your routine......

You do not necessarily need a device. As long as you can increase the intensity with your hands, it is completely fine....
You can also ask you wife to stretch your penis;) LOL .

Speaking of myself....
I have gained 1.5"+in length in 11 months(I do not know about girth as I am not measuring it)

One of your question is that whether it stays forever.......
The answer is YES.
There is an exercise know as "Erect Stretches". This exercise is used to CEMENT the gains of your PE.
Look for more exercises in : Audio / Video Page . This link will take you to the page with all the video tutorials available on this site. There are some more videos but I do not know where they are. Being a beginner, I don't think you need any more videos.LOL

Dude do I have to use a device?

There's no need to use a device in PE at all, devices just could make it a little bit easier.
@DLD himself gained around 4" just with manual training.

and also there are multiple others who gained very good just by manual training.

However, if you think you could wear an extender throughout the day for example, you could benefit from it as you're doing 'passive gains'

As I've read hundreds of threads here since I've joined and talked to lots of people via messages, the most important part is 100% to stay consistent. If you won't be able to be consistent with manual training, you won't be able to be consistent with using devices.
Most people don't gain or gain not as much as they want because they stop doing PE. Consistency is the key here!

Start slowly, there's always room to increase the intensity and time-investment. You want to make sure to create a habit first, then it's time to increase the other things. With intensity, don't go to intense as your dick needs a few days/weeks to become accustomed to the training.

I also saw the workout routine I should just do one set or 3-4 sets and how long overall should be the workout.

What else should I avoid doing, eat, and I don’t master bate maybe rarely does that counter it?

What a great introduction my brother! You’ve come to the right place to get what you want. My advice as far as putting a routine together is to look through the newbie routine and the SRT routine. Between these two threads you will get almost 20 years of experience and understanding. After you’ve read them please come back and let me help you put a routine together that’s going to really work for you. Again welcome to the brotherhood.

I depends upon you whether you want to do it everyday or not...
In my case, I do it everyday because I do not get time in my house. So I do little bit of stretching everyday......

If you are talking bout the workout, it depends upon the exercises you do.....
I have given a link to MOS video directory. There, in all videos, it is explained how to do the exercise and how long to do it?

Just keep yourself healthy. If you do not masturbate, that is good; however SRT requires your dick to be in recovery state so that is something to look out for.
Do not over do exercises.
If you feel any pain, stop immediately.
If you think something is wrong, get yourself checked.
Eat healthy food.
