What you think about my routine?

I've been doing various exercises over the years. With break and etc, but i've never notice gains. My last routine was hanging with nearly 8KG 3x15 minutes, 4 times a week, min for half year, but i've never notice gains by doing that. Right now i'm back to my old routine that i have been doing 2-3 years ago.

Clamping 2x11 min
Pumping 1x11 min
4 times a week, and when mastrubating the break days, i'm doing it with clamp for 10 minutes and cum while i have it on, and release when i feel it on the top, shooting like an weapon.

What u think, is that gainable routine for lenght/girth if i continue doing it? I've been told by the guys that this routine looks like better EQ exercises instead an real path to gains. I dont have really the privacy and the time to stay hours on my dick.
 
Remove clamping, it's really dangerous.

Look at the links in my signature instead. You need the girth program from the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory, and also a solid length program. Look into bundled stretches instead, they are superior to hanging. You need to change this program for faster gains. Separate lengthwork and girthwork is the most efficient way to do it.
 
This is primarily girth so abundant length gains aren't to be expected here although they are definitely possible with consisted pumping. I would add in some direct length work like manual stretches from DLD's newbie routine.
If you want even more then consider investing into a hanger or an extender in order to make passive length gains.

I would start with DLD's newbie routine, alongside the pump you are using do the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routine with the SSJs, and I also suggest you add piss pulls on your bathroom breaks to get some more total time stretching. If you get acclimated to this then consider a length device like an extender, a weight hanger, a LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging, something to get you more bang for you buck.

Mhm, i don't think i will ever start again Jelqing and clamping is something that i'm used and i don't find it dangerous. I've heard only good things from it, despite me not having gains. i've wonder about something. I can see that you suggest manual stretching/bundle stretch. I've been doing that too years ago, but i've stopped cuz of lack of gains, so i think about starting again with LAS. Not sure how much of pressure and good exercises is that, but what u think about it, doing it with rotated cock. 2 times a week 2x10 mins + my other routine ?

Jelqing is not dangerous.

Clamping is highly dangerous. You may not see the danger with it now, but what about 10 years from now? The reason for this is due to, Deep Vain Thrombosis.

Yep, LAS is about the lazy ass stretching. I mean, if we all read threads, we can find negative posts about everything. I've read posts where people destroyed they dicks with jelqing. And i'm not really onto that, cuz the only way for me to jelq is to buy expensive lubricants for sex (i've tried over the years cocunut oils and things like that), cuz those water based arent working and i cannot slide it well. And i've always had hard time to stay around 70-90% while jelqing. Maybe cuz of how old i am right now (33), but i'm not good on keeping good boner without mastrubation. Even when i'm doing my clamping, i'm always watching �naked people movies� and mastrubate with the clamp, cuz my dick is going soft otherwise. It's not like i dont have good EQ, but it's not that great and i need stimulation. I mean, i'm trying to increase my dick size for 10 years now (with different breaks ) + to fix my fast cumming. I've really tried ALOT of things. But yea, if it look it like that, clamping is pretty advanced and dangerous, but from what i've read, it's the best natural exercise for real girth gains. Crazy pressure and in the end when i've meassured, nothing. No lenght, no girth. From all this, i can say that my dick really can take big hits from different routines, the poor bastard. And yes, i've checked your links (i've tried nearly everything from there), i just want to stick to my way right now. Like i say i was hanging with 8 kg, and before that with leg lastic to my penis, in the end not that i didn't gain lenght, but i've lost some girth too, my dick become like smaller. Crazy.
