Welcome to the Brotherhood, @SumoreHangtime, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Thank you @DLD . I have been doing stretching on and off and made temp gains But soon lost Them as well as my original size. But soon lost them after my went to crap. I do plan on buying plenty of equipment and doing photo and video to track progress for myself and others to benefit. I subscribed to the emails for discounts. It’s just a hard time no and I wasted money on so much other P.E equipment. I will be posting frequently and trying to get the best results through your SRT program. Thanks for the help. My starting length is 4 inches flaccid and 6.5 inches erect.
3.5 flaccid girth and 5.5 inches erect girth
I’m tryin to get to 9 inches erect and 7 to 8 inches in girth. Can you give me a complete workout and supplies to buy. The weights aren’t available right now but please help me. If you would like for me to post my before pics and progress pictures please email me or pm. Thank you for all The years Worth of work you put in and I look forward to working with you.

I would love to work with you. I have a few questions if you could answer. Are you most interested in length or girth or both? Are you able to pick up some equipment? How much time can you give me every day?

@DLD thank you so much for responding so quickly. I am looking to gain both length and girth. I can probably peace the equipment a week at a time so I would need to know what’s the first thing I should get to add to the SRT workout. Thank you again for responding.

To do the complete SRT routine the equipment list can be as short as this; you need a pump, an ADS and the Lengthmaster. But let’s take this one week at a time and start with girth work. The routine I would like you to check out would be the 5×5×3 found in the SRT routine. And you can do the Length portion by hand until you can pick up a Lengthmaster. You can get the ADS as this is going to be your main healing tool.

Thank you @DLD I finally got my Bathmate Hydromax Extreme. I’ll be ordering the Silistretcher this weekend along with the Sleeves and cockrings. I’ll keep you updated as I gather all the things needed to start my journey.

if you go to the item in the store and click more information it gives you very specific directions on how to measure it. So go to the sleeve section click on the sleeve you desire and it will tell you exactly how to measure for it. Go with the Duro Sleeve, they are the newest and best sleeves. For a cock ring just by the SiliRing, It is one size fits all. I hope that answers your question to my brother

@DLD finally got the Silistretcher and lengthmaster to go with the bathmate pump. I work away from home from 4 to 9 am and work out twoce a day for an hour away from home. Other than that my schedule is yours.
