Click to expand... I am always here ! Been experimenting with routines, found a good one that os bringing visible gains and is FUN to do. It is as follows: Active routine 1) 15 mins LM Bundled stretching (7.5 mins clockwise, 7.5 mins anti clockwise) 2) LM newbie stretching routine 3) 300 wet jelqs 4) newbie kegel routine SRT Passive routine 1) ADC cockring / silirings. Put on straight after jelqs. Worn for 1 hour. 2) ADS. After 1 hour in ring, I follow with 1 hour in SG. I then repeat going back and forth between the rings and sg. I aim to get 8 hours of SRT in total, 4 hours in rings and 4 hours in SG. Once this is complete I'm done for the day. I notice that after all of this Im looking longer and fatter. As i say it is bringing nice gains and is fun!
