I warm up five minutes or so, pre-workout. I don't do post-workout, unless I feel a little sore. I have seen a modest increase of about 3/8" BPenis EnlargementL and 1" NBPenis EnlargementL, through Penis Enlargement and diet/exercise.
I use heat throughout my routine. I warm up before I do any Penis Enlargementing to prevent injury and also to make my penis more pliant. I stretch using a cloth for grip that has been heated up with warm water , mainly because the foreskin I am restoring is kind of slippery to keep ahold of. I don't always warm down, but I don't think I have to because I keep the ol' keilbasa warm the whole time. Oh, and I have gained 2". I've gone 5.5 to 7.5, but not all of that was from manual Penis Enlargement. I used to pump and take a generic enzyte type pill called Xyntac (I think). I still pop one every now and then cause it will give you a half-chub for about four or five hours, and also because it has genseine, which gives me a crazy energy boost!
I never warm up. Kinda wierd but heat makes my dick shrink up. When the X poured the boiling water on me (me naked in the bathtub), she scarred me for life(emotionally). I have gained over 2 inches without the warmups.
I have done both. I've used heat in the form of a rice sock (sock filled with dry rice, heated in microwave for about a minute...stays HOT for about 10 minutes) when hanging . I've gained with and without heat. In other words, I dont think heat has made a difference the few times I have used it.
I use a rice sock to warm up/stay warm when i do hanging , which isn't that often right now because because I am mainly working girth for the present time.
As for girth warm up I don't use a heat source per se, but this is what I do: I apply a pure vitamin E oil via a roll-on bottle- I just roll it on all over, from the very base to uder the ridge of the head. I also take vit E oral supplements because I believe in vitamin E as a good skin/blood vessel supplement. It helps with elasticity, prevents stretch marks, and I personally believe this helps prevent injuries. Then I apply KY Heating Liquid over the vitamin E oil- this gives a nice warming sensation to my boy and loosens him up/makes him drop. Then I slather on the generic Target Vaseline (yeah, I'm a cheap bastard) and jelq for about 1/2 an hour (generally about 350-400 jelqs). I do the jelqs both as a form of Penis Enlargement AND as a warm up/circulation stimulator/conditioner for my meaty member so that when I do my really intense clamped girth stuff it doesn't cause injury (yet, knock on wood). I still get some bruising, but it usually goes away pretty fast (over night).
Hmmm....I wouldn't say screw warmups at all. First of all I'll say that since I've started warming up for ten minutes with an ancient heating pad, that I have gained a half inch in FSL, I was stuck at seven for the longest time. I have actuially modified it slightly, to where I actually sit on the pad under my balls, and will pull the pad over my johnson in between sets, because it is freakin cold in this damn house. It's made a difference. If you want a gain aid though, I would heat before and after your session of girth do an ice bath . Do a search and read the info, Blade and I put together some good info in that one. It's great for post workout healing, hang, gains, etc.
