Varicocele surgery and penis lengthening

I had a varicocele in my left testicle and I had surgery. It's been 6 years and now my left testicle is lower than my other testicle. And sometimes when I get an erection and masturbate, I see my eggs get into the back of my penis. And there's a difference between the puberty squirt and the current ejaculation, as if it's diminished. I will go to the doctor as soon as possible. What I want to ask you is, would it be right to do lengthening exercises as someone who had varicocele surgery?

I’ve had varicocele my whole life haha, and its one of my anti-conceptive methods haha.

I’d say that if you feel you’re pretty healed up go for it.
