I have never used this, to expensive for me.
So the thing would be to take viagra/cialis everyday and doing the pumping program? Then it gives better resoults?

I don't take Cialis because it doesn't work well for me. Buy generic Viagra. One tablet is 100mg. Break one tablet into 4 pieces. Take one piece and chew it and then drink water to swallow it.
You will start getting erect after the 20th minute.
Viagra helps with erection for girth work. It gives better result. One tablet will last you for 4 days.

The off brand versions are super cheap. And it lasts from 36 to 72 hours.
I pay like £1 per 10mg. Then you can microdose every day 2.5mg by splitting the tablets, but due to it staying in the bloodstream for so long I split them in half and take every third day.
So it's not quite as expensive as it appears. It very rarely even costs me £3 per week.

Cialis/tadalifil starts working within 30 minutes. It's a better option than viagra.

Hey, brothers. If you don’t mind, I’ll lend my two cents and give some insight. Just in my experience here:
I have used both. Have settled on Cialis because of one major factor; the half life of this med. Cialis either 5mg or 10mg, gives a nearly 36 hour half life. Hence the “weekender” option. It also builds in the system. There are option of using a 5mg low dose daily. I utilized 10mg. There is many more documented benefits of using this even further then the PE needs. PE is much more productive. In my opinion, my penis is fuller and “ready” at all times. Either for PE or between the sheets. Please consult a primary on this and find one that understands and realizes the benefits. Not for everyone, but a well tolerated drug at a low dose. And…at least for us here in the states…cheap!!!! Off patent and generics are dirt cheap scripts. It especially shines after a nice @DLD SSJ session and the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3). Much more Nitric Oxide production thus the relaxation of the epithelial and blood vessels. Allowing more blood supply and bigger erections and virtually an all day thick stick. For me, all I have to do is do a little rub and tug and this guy is ready to roll with it. I can honestly say that this is my go to over Viagra. Just my opinion here. But it’s a very good thing.

You cannot split tablets. Or at least you shouldn’t. Cialis is an encoated tablet. It’s an ER. Extended Release. If you split it, the meds will immediately dump all the goodies at once. Not advised as far as longer bioavailability
For what it’s worth, this is my all day “Cialis” hang now. Much fuller and just seems to hang beefier if you will.

Tadalafil isn't an extended release tablet, as far as I'm aware. Its effects last a long time but that's not the same as being extended release.

That's the beauty of cialis. Unfortunately it has a bad reaction for me
I'll take between 5-20mg cialis when i want to do some serious penis exercise, either kegels jelqs or stretches. 5 mg gives a low level additional firmness to the erection quality while 20mg gives a full raging hard-on that comes and goes over the next 36 hours. Only something I do when I know I have a lot of privacy, as the unexpected erections I get at that dosage are pretty tough to conceal in public. I just started coaching with @huge-girth and can’t wait to start putting some consistent pressure on my ligs and ripping internal penis out. He had me buy a rigid ruler to measure exact BPEL and an elastic bandage similar to Uncle Jim’s wrap to make sure that I stay in an extended state.
