Well, brothers. Here we are. I posted another pic the other day, but here it is 3-1-23. Of course this pic is after a SSJ sesh but there are some notable gains here. Since 11-22/12-22 when I first joined, I have seen an EG increase of around 1/8” and BPEL of 1/8”. This is real and as I’ve said time and time again, I am real and show you that I am by my pics and no BS reporting. Now…for the real:
I have been off for some time addressing some family issues. And…I haven’t been daily consistent with my PE routine that I laid out some time ago. I am now settled with all the personal details, and focusing daily back on the PE routine sessions. I changed up some supplements including L-Citruline. Another brother posted a video about using this as a better alternative to straight L-Arginine. It’s working better for sure. One thing I can honestly say is NEVER not use a warm up and a warm down. The warm up for me is an electric blanket at 10 minutes. Makes the tunica and whip much more pliable and ready for the Newbie stretching and then my Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) @DLD SSJ. Which is truly a game changer routine. Now, about the LemghtMaster. I got it, tried to utilize it, and it simply hurts like a bitch. I tried wrapping two ways to Sunday and just can’t get this technique in line. Maybe it’s me and maybe I need to really look at @huge-girth routine again and again to get it down pat, but I’ve stuck to the SSJ and Bathmate/LeLuv pumping with jelqing at 80% Erection. Usually it’s 80% Erection for the PE work as well. Overall, once I am completely focused now, then next 6 months are going to be explosive. Better diet, NO Smoking, supplementation and completed dedication. Keep up the fight, brothers. It works. 💯👊
Edit: I also incorporate the Silisleeve from MOS after the sessions daily around 6-8 hours a day to keep in the extended state.
