Each morning I shower and make sure the water is nice and hot down south to loosen things up real good while doing some quick manual stretching. I have worked up to 11 lbs over the past few months.

I hang for 15mins and then remove everything to make sure blood is circulating and no edema. I do this 3 times. I then wrap the velcro around my leg and attach the bungee stretcher to the vacuum bell and leave it with just enough pull to keep it fully extended and I keep it this way for a few hours. I have tried using the anti turtling sleeves, but those things hurt so bad trying to get them on.

At night I pump and clamp for about 15mins.

So a few questions... Is the goal to keep increasing weight slowly until I can hang an entire car? lol. I know people say that your body will tell you when its ready to do more, but even if there is no pain or anything.. should you?

I have some days where after I do the 3 sets.. I am perfectly fine feeling to do more. Is this overdoing it? If I am feeling good to keep doing more.. does that mean I should increase the weight so that my body wont want to do more than 3 sets?

Thanks

You will not be able to hang a car from your dick, but you will be able to pull a car with your dick; even a fleet of cars

Don't increase the weight too fast and don't increase sessions too. You can increase weight maybe once in a month or few weeks. Listen to your body like they always say. For girth, you want to make sure you are doing some manual girth exercises like SSJ in between your pumping sets. Pump like this every time:

5mins Pumping
5mins SSJ

5mins Pumping
5mins SSJ

5mins Pumping
5mins SSJ

You can add your clamping if you like but do not clamp for more than 10mins.

Manual stretching is a viable option for the first year. Especially if you can't or don't want to buy a device.

Hanging is more effective per time spent but not necessarily safer as it's easy to do improperly, using too much weight and not taking rest can lead to injury. I see more injuries from hangers than I do from stretches simply because men jump in on them too early

I recommend all newbies stretch manually for at least 4 months before moving onto devices because the PE'er will learn his limits, as well as develop some conditioning beforehand.
