Routine I Haven't Seen Anywhere Else

I've had a lot of personal success with girth gains using a "routine" I haven't seen or heard of anywhere. I thought I'd share and see what you guys think.

I had been doing PE for about 3-4 years with mild success before landing on this exercise, which I've been doing for almost 2 years now with much better results than what I was doing before. I am only focusing on girth at this point, and that is what this exercise focuses on. I would not recommend this to newbies. Even after 3-4 years of PE it was still a very intense exercise when I started doing it.

I use a simple tool/device I built myself, basically a larger wooden version of those small nutcracker grip tools that are just 2 metal rods hinged together on one end. I don't know if there is already a similar device being used in the world of PE. The notches are where the penis goes, so it doesn't slide around laterally (I'm uncircumcised and the skin around my shaft has some slack)

WHAT I DO:
My "routine" is, I masturbate to a full erection, then use the tool to clamp my penis along the shaft. I hold this for about 5-10 minutes while continuing to masturbate. When I started I could only do 1 min at a time before my penis got "tired". After this I'll put the tool aside for 1-2 minutes to rest and continue to masturbate, then repeat. Nowadays I'll do about 6 sets minimum and 12 sets maximum (20-70 min). I break to run hot water over my penis 1-3 times during the routine for a couple minutes.

For each set, I work my way up and down the shaft, doing horizontal and vertical sets.

tool horizontal.pngtool vertical.png

If I want, I can spend more time on areas I want to focus on. For example, lately I've been focusing on vertical pressure near the end of my penis.

I try to stay as close to the edge of ejaculating as I can the whole time. I have the strength now to halt my ejaculation if I start to go over the edge, and only a small amount of semen comes out, and I can continue. I avoid ejaculating at the end %80 of the time.

Lately, if I do finish the routine by ejaculating, I do it while clamping horizontally, keeping the corpus spongiosum free to ejaculate.

I rest for anywhere from 1-5 days between. usually 2 days. Sometimes I do the routine 2 times in 1 day, or 2 days in a row. It all depends on how I'm feeling. I've taken up to two weeks off and did not notice any decrease in gains.

On top of this, I edge almost every day. Basically, I'm a bit lazy, and wanted to make PE something I look forward to instead of a chore. And now that pleasure is involved, I always look forward to it.

After about 16 months, I have noticed dramatically better results than what I was doing previously. I've gained about 0.5" in length and about 1" in girth. My EQ is dramatically better, sex feels better, and I can last much longer.

I started doing this not sure if it would work. And now that I'm getting good results, I'm thinking about adding more heat, and doing something to keep my penis stretched or full afterwards. You know, PE basics.

QUESTION:
Has anyone else tried this? Or something similar to this: applying pressure while edging? Does anyone here think there is a reason I should NOT do this? (like possible injury)

LONG AND BORING STORY OF HOW I ENDED UP DOING THIS ROUTINE:

I started PE by jelqing in the shower and hanging light weights, with almost no noticeable difference after a few months. Then I started using a bathmate, but injured myself pretty badly. I couldn't get fully erect for about 2 weeks and my glans was very deflated. I threw away the bathmate and I stopped all PE for about 6 months. To this day, my glans is still not fully back to normal, but much better, I'd say %90.

When I did decide to start PE again, I spent about 2-3 weeks very focused and dedicated. Every morning I would shower, jelq for 10 minutes, then do ULI squeezes, focusing on the shaft. My research led me to believe that STARTING growth was a big hurdle, and once I had achieved that, I could be a bit less disciplined. So I did it, and finally noticed some gains. Hooray.

After a few months, I did some more research. I was tired of how much work I was doing, and my gains were very slow.

That's when I found a post where someone claimed they don't do any warmup, and no length exercises, they just hopped in the shower, clamped the base of their penis, then applied another clamp mid-shaft for 2 sets of about 5-10 min. Somehow it was the first time I became aware of the concept "time + pressure = growth". The person had a lot of success with girth gains, and even some length gains. I liked it. I'm lazy, and I decided to simplify my approach. Warming up never seemed to do anything for me, just waste time.

On top of this, I saw a forum discussion about an AMA with Billy Glide, where he mentions that his dick growth was from wearing compression shorts and edging multiple times a day. Everyone on the forum called bullshit on the compression shorts. However, the edging made sense to me. In my understanding, ejaculating semen takes a lot of energy and resources from the body, so if you can edge, your penis will get exercise and blood flow, and your body can focus on recovery of the penis and less on making more semen.

I started by trying to emulate the routine I saw posted. I put the smallest cable clamp I could find around the base of my penis, but it wasn't happening. It was extremely awkward and painful to get it on, and I don't think I had enough girth for the clamp . So I stuck to using my hands, doing what I was doing before, clamping the base of my penis with one hand and squeezing and holding at a point along the shaft with the other. However, the longest I could hold my grip was about 2 minutes. Sure I could strengthen my grip, but with a lot of time and effort I'd probably only double that time to 4-5 minutes. I wanted a way to keep my penis under pressure for at least 10 minutes.
So I got some supplies from the hardware store and built myself the tool pictured above. It took me about an hour.

I would take this into the shower with me and clamp the base of my penis with one hand, and use the tool to squeeze my penis along the shaft at various points. I could hold this much longer, about 5-10 minutes.

One day just out of curiosity, I used the tool while masturbating. It felt good. Tough, but good. I started challenging myself and setting a timer to see how long I could hold the clamp before it got to be too much. Started at around one minute. I would rest and try again after a few minutes. After about 20 minutes I was done. I kept doing it and started noticing a lot of EQ improvement, then girth gains. So I kept at it. Now I'm doing 5-10 minute sets for an average of an hour.

Can you do the same routine you describe with a regular cable clamp or do you need to use your nutcracker tool?

I've never tried it with a cable clamp, but I don't see why not.
The one thing I will point out is that a cable clamp will put pressure around the entire circumference of your penis, which I think will block blood flow a lot more. I'm not sure how this will affect the masturbating or the amount of time you can leave the clamp on.
