- Hello, good evening everyone from the forum, how are you??? I have a small question about my vasectomy and Penis Pump, which would be as follows, first contextualizing:

- It's been exactly 9 weeks since I carried out the procedure (in the second week sexual activity was already released/light sexual activities), I already did the spermogram(With 8 weeks), and it was zero (azoospermia), thankfully, attesting to the success of the surgery.

- My surgery was 1 cut only, below the trunk of the penis, a little below the beginning of the testicle, using an incision.

- 1 week ago, I progressively returned to my routine (That is, I waited 8 weeks to start carrying out activities related to PE again) and it was this routine: (I increased it little by little until I reached it: Part of the morning, 8 minutes of warm-up , 5 of stretching and 15 of jelquing, and 5 of warmdown; at night, 15 minutes of pumping).

- Before the operation, I had a satisfactory result regarding my routine, gains of around 3cm in length and 2cm in thickness (I have been practicing for 3 years).

- The question is as follows:

- My biggest fear is during pumping, it seems that the Vas deferens are sucked into the tube during the procedure (Near the base of the penis pump, it seems that the lower sides of both sides "something is put in", there is a different volume to the trunk of the penis, it could also be an impression, as the surgery is recent, I don't feel any notable discomfort. However, my doubt is the following, I researched and didn't find anything about it and I also ended up not asking the doctor, is there any chance of the tubes if they " really" get sucked into the tube "grow again" or break the surgery and recanalization occurs and lose the surgery? and with stretching, could this happen too????

- I have this fear, because I'm afraid that something will happen during the surgery, and I don't want to have to redo it due to these types of complications ahueauheahuheuae

- Can anybody help me ?

My brother expect to experience some healing processes. But never give up because these healing processes let you back to normal.

Once the healing process completed, there's no way for the reconnection to occur unless a miracle happens. Mine were cut and tied. PE every since and the swimmers have yet to escape their imprisonment. It's all about how well the procedure resulted. If there was a poor tie-off, you'll have a reconnection. If you have a good tie-off, there are no worries.

You are talking to a guy that already has r the process done, an testament to PE after 6 weeks of healing. My suggestion is to have a sperm count performed every 6 months for the next 2 years for personal validation reasons. Otherwise, those swimmers are now locked up and behind cages without the release keys.

So friend, I waited 8 weeks before starting any PE friend, sexual activities I returned 1 week after the surgery, currently I no longer have the scar from the surgery cut, nor do I feel any discomfort in my balls, only RARELY, I feel a slight discomfort in the I can probably go back to my routine now??? (I came back progressively, today I did 5 minutes of warmdown, 5 minutes of stretching, 8 minutes of dry jelquing, 5 minutes of pumping and warmdown), my fear is that it seems like a piece of the scrotum is sucked in, this could rupture the surgery ???

Wow great friend, you also had a vasectomy then??? I had a spermogram at 8 weeks and it was already zero with no swimmers, a great sign at first uhsahusahuasu, every 6 months I will redo the test, my real doubt is if there is any chance of this part that seems to be the VAS DEFERENS when I pump, If it really gets sucked into the tube (I practically don't feel uncomfortable), could it interfere and rechannel the ducts??

I'm very scared of having to redo the surgery uhsahuashuas

Yep. Got mine done back in 2009. 0 swimmer count since then. Last test done was last year, just being paranoid.

Nope. There's no chance. The only chance is there's an accidental unraveling of the tie-offs or a tear of the vas deferens. That a one of of 10 million chances. This is why I did the spermogram test every other year to ensure nothing is swimming during my PE. This is my paranoia at the highest.

Scare of the resurgery? If you've gone through once, you already know the pain of having your scrotum cut and invaded by the tools. The pinching feeling of needles into your scrotum sac, the feeling of the vas deferens being yanked outside of your body, rolled and tied before shoving back in, then the stitches. It felt like someone kicked you in the balls for the next two weeks. Yeah, I'm not scared. I just don't like the feeling of walking around like bow-leg Charles Chaplin.

Still get into this at a decent pace. You are healing now and things will get better and better
