I've got the hydro extreme 7 and have been doing 5x5x3 with SSJ, I'll be getting the LengthMaster, siliring, silisleeve and ball stretcher in a few days and was wondering if anyone could recommend how I'd use all of these in a daily routine?
Are there any tutorials on the ball stretcher?
I know someone said to train length beofe girth so would I do a morning lm3 session followed by an afternoon pump or can I do them one after the other for better results?
would I use the siliring for 2 x 30min session after each workout? And would I add the silisleeve after the ring as an all night or all day stretch?
also I've got a few purple dots in the middle of my Shaft after pumping is this normal?
