Penis size update gained 1.1 inch in length

Hey brothers it's been a while since I've been on here and decided I wanted to take a break from length work and focus on girth work instead.

I started p.e back in 2023 February with a product called the hanger and gained about 1.1 inch in length and lost 0.3 inch in girth work I also did length pumping work as well.

I was 6.3 x 5.3 now I'm at 7.4 NBP x 5 I've lost some girth along the way for some reason and now want more girth my ideal size is 7.5 NBP x 6.5 or classic 8x6 NBP

I don't anything bigger then 8 inch NBP because I feel like that would cause alot of problems.

However, I was wondering guys if you could maybe give me some insight?

I gained length work only by hanging weights and length pumping only.

However my Bone Pressed is 20.5 cm so like 8.1 Bone Pressed and my NBP is like 18.6cm so like 7.4 NBP

That's like 2cm fat pad I have which is like 0.8 cm? I honestly would be happy having 7.5 - 7.8 NBP length at least i would be at peace and comfortable with myself.

My length gains have really slowed down and due to life I'm thinking of simply just reducing my fat pad via using cavitation therapy like BD did and it gained like 1.2 cm of NBP length off his mons pubis

For me 18.6 + 1.2 cm = 19.8cm = 7.8 inch NBP length i would be happy with. I'm just gonna use a body fat slimming device and will let you know if it works. Which I'm pretty sure it does.

But I need some help any suggestions?

Great that you've gained length, but worry not about the lost of the girth. Girth rebounds very quickly.

Yes, and no. Yes, it does hit the back of the vaginal canal, but if you are in for the long haul, that 8in will quickly feels like a 6in again. Trust this old guy. 7in still feels like when I have the 5in.

When you work on length, without sustaining girth, the longitudinal tissues (the length) ribs the lateral tissues (the girth) for growth. This is why we incorporate at least a Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) girth with into the mix to either maintain the current girth while we gain the length, or to increase a bit of girth while we gain the length. We talk about doing 70% girth and 30% length, or if we want all length, we add 10% girth (making 90% length routine) by doing a bit do slow squash jelq (SSJ) into the routine. This allows a balancing regiment of both lateral and longitudinal tissue extension and expansion.

You can use the current set up, but add a up to 10 minutes of SSJ into the pumping routine. If you pump for length, but forgot to add the SSJ into the mix, you just rob yourself the girth maintain you're looking for.

Don't worry so much on details about BPEL vs NPBEL. If you know there is visual increases, you know you need to keep it up. Work the routines and keep the discipline up.

It's good to lose the fat pad. But don't beat yourself over it. Do know that when you decide to lose it, more length will emerge. Less fat means more free testosterone to boost your gains.

An objective to aim for. Go past 8in and push past 8.25in, while you shift to girth. When you shift to girth work after getting that 8.25in, your length cementing process begins.

Well losing weight off my fat pad help I wouldn't say I'm newbie anymore more I'm Intermediate p.e goer

Been doing p.e now for 1.5 years lol.

Also I'm only hanging 1 day a week to maintain what i got and and its just 20 minutes a week.
