I was already bloated about 4 inch's but was 7 not pressed, 7.8 pressed, bloated another 2 inch lost about 5mm length for year's, bloated another 1.5- 2 inch over few day's lost another 4-5 mm length, bloated at 39 inch with some fat, probably part of reason for bloating with me is the wheat,dairy and gluten for me, bloating will cause penis shrinkage because the penis is attached to abdominal wall so when stomach bloats you lose length.

What you believe you lost merely masked by the stomach bloating and the fat pad around the pubic area. The length is all there as long as the length has been cemented.
It's truly a struggle as you get older on the unchanged dietary needs and wants. As for the bloating issues, I believe there is a major strive to identify why bloating occured based on the dietary intakes. Gut health has already been mapped and how to combat bloating. I've been consuming foods that once caused me to bloat, and now, I limit my intakes but it covered all the foods I stayed away from in the past. We can discuss about dietary issues in the other specialized forum to keep things organized.
