Wassup people how are y’all doing
I’m new here and i need some advices if y’all may especially from the one and only “DLD”
I have a 6 inch length with 6 inch girth penis and i like to make it bigger especially in length at least 7 or 7.5 and I’m willing to put in the work , so i started DLD newbie routine I’ve been doing it for 5 days and I’m willing to take it for the long run is there any advices on how long should i stick with the newbie routine and when to jump to the more advanced one if there was any ?
Also is there any exercise on lasting longer I’ve been doing penis strokes for two days after my training sessions First day I’ve done 500 and yesterday I’ve done 800 ofc without ejection cuz I don’t want to lose my gains it’s mainly like the edging method

Also I’m working on it everyday for 7 days a week because i read that penis takes 24 hours to recover so it should be good no harm

I think you're on the right track starting with the newbie routine.
I would do it every single day. So 7 days a week. Obviously start slow and listen to your body. Last thing you want on this journey is an injury to set you back.
Also, are you doing the newbie routine manually? (With hands)
I would measure in about a month or 2 and see what kind of gains you make and we can adjust from there.
Last thing that will make a huge difference for length gains is to get an ADS.
Id recommend the silistretcher.

Yes I’m doing it manually i start by warming the penis with a hot towel to make it flexible then i start my stretches using baby powder and when the jelqing starts i use lotion “didn't use vaseline because of the petroleum in it “
But the thing is people says it feels numb at the end and I’m pretty sure im doing it right i saw a video of it on YT by a guy who’s actually applying it in the video , only thing that i feel is like something is tapping me at the penis head + a difference i saw after 5 days is that my penis veins are literally bigger and way more spread even if it was flaccid *kinda got scared a little at the beginning but after i read a lot I figured that this is the whole point lol*
Also What do you think about the ULI technique should i do it with the newbie program or not yet ?

I’d like to get a silistretcher even tho I don’t know what it is but it’s very hard to get it to my country because we don’t even have amazon or shops that sells this kind of devices , I’m gonna stick with the manual for now

Sounds like you're doing it right. You will get a little bit of a tingling sensation and thats because you're forcing blood. Nothing to worry about. Just listen to your body. If it ever gets to where it hurts, STOP.
you should never be in pain during PE.
I would stick with a manual routine as long as you can until gains are maxed out. Then start incorporating PE tools.
The silistretcher is the ADS of choice of @DLD .

Utilizing all the principles of SRT its very much possible. I've gained over half an inch in 4 months so far

Btw DLD what do u think about this exercise that i created for lasting longer , i calculate the time i want to last for like to train myself for example 15 minutes , i multiple it by 2 as 2 seconds per each stroke then i multiple it by 60 as 60 seconds i get 1200 strokes I divided it by 4 so i could get 4 group sets each set is 300 stroke with 15 seconds rest between them , I started this exercise 3 days ago started at 500 now I’m at 1200 almost failed at 1000 but got it at the end I’m doing this exercise after my newbie routine and ofc without ejaculation

Brilliant routine for longevity and more than likely harder erections. The more erect we become the larger the penis becomes. Very well worth the effort 👌
 
@RainK, exercise the PC (pubococcygeus) muscles by doing kegels. It's an isometric exercise to build stamina in the pelvic floor muscles. That will help with premature ejaculation and build your mental confidence when you have sex.

To do a kegel squeeze the PC muscle like you would to stop urine flow when peeing. Hold for 10 seconds with 2 second pause, repeat
Start with 10 reps maybe 15 per set; rest 60 seconds after a set. and do 2 more sets to begin with.

SET: 10sec hold x 2sec pause x 15 reps (3 set)

Do that for a week and add either more hold time or more reps, may both and build from there.

You can also practice the Taoist Thrusting Sequence when having sex, your lady will probably love it
  • 9 shallow thrusts — 1 deep thrust
  • 8 shallow thrusts — 2 deep thrusts
  • 7 shallow thrusts — 3 deep thrusts
  • 6 shallow thrusts — 4 deep thrusts
  • 5 shallow thrusts — 5 deep thrusts
  • 4 shallow thrusts — 6 deep thrusts
  • 3 shallow thrusts — 7 deep thrusts
  • 2 shallow thrusts — 8 deep thrusts
  • 1 shallow thrusts — 9 deep thrusts
Appreciate you and thanks for the info , rn I’m doing with this routine the kegals in the newbie program the one DLD wrote “5 seconds hold 2 sec slowly release for 60 times and after that 1 whole minute of a kegal “ and honestly it’s killing me lol i think in my third week I’ll start using this advanced ones just until i get used to the normal ones , whats the shallow thrust and deep thrust tho

Very good PC workout. I still use it now
 
I'll have to give that Taoist thrusting a try! How well does it work when you don't have a lot to work with? (I haven't started the PE routine yet because I realized I wanted to lose weight before beginning. Almost there.)

Bro I’ll give u an advice , do your penis workout while you’re standing all the time in the bathroom door closed shower on , just so the bathroom becomes like a sauna but do your exercise out of the shower i did that for now a week and i lost some weight lol
 
Are you using your DIY sauna before or after your workout?
In between my workout like i take around an hour and half to complete my training in this time I’d be standing all the time with this sauna on
