New to PE, few questions
Posted Apr 14, 2023 at 12:37 AM
i'm wanting to get into PE exercises but i want to get a realistic idea of what to expect.
as of right now i can't purchase any devices except maybe one, so

i want to increase my length as of right now and then girth because from everything i've seen girth seems to be a bit easier
what routine should i start with and for how long?
what are my expected permanent results as well?

Welcome to MOS. You can gain up to 2 or 2.5 inches within one year of serious and consistent PE. If you don't have enough cash, buy the length master. It will give you all the length gains you need.

For girth, you need to buy a mityvac penis pump.

40 mins to 1 hour daily length master session will give you all the length gains you seek.

You can do this too with a lot of practice 😂 At least one cock push-up a day.
I don't believe this is possible, there is no way you can put over 100 kilo on your cock like this and do a "kegel".

Or have I missed something? Probably a joke right?

The wholeof it is permanent. I'm still training 5 days a week. I'm headed for 9 inches.

I was thinking about training five days a week and two days off in a row you don’t think this will diminish my progress ?

Have you seen good gains from this type of schedule?

If you train 5 days a week and two days off, you will gain. All that matters is consistency. As long as you are consistent, you will gain. Many people are pumping 4 days a week and 3 days off, they made gains.

I personally is training 5 days a week and 2 days off. It's working for me.
