Limits on gains?

Do you guys think there are limits to what one person can gain?

I started my PE journey March of 2022 at 5" BP and 4" EG. Today I measure 7" BP but my natural erection without any work outs prior is around 6.5". I seem to be stuck here though. I don't seem to getting past the 7" mark.

Since I started I've used the PeniMaster. I am currently doing a 500 hour challenge that I started around Christmas (I'm 25% of the way) to see where I was at the beginning vs. End. I wear it at least 2 hours a day, weekends I'm getting 3 or 4 hours a day in. Thats mixed with manual stretches but nothing really consistent and then usually a 5x5x2 or Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) with a pump in the shower each night

I've started to ramp up the intensity lately which caused some slight bruising on the gland but I'm wondering do I keep pushing this intensity to break this 7"? Will what I've been doing finally break past it also and I just need more patience? Or have I gone as far as I can?
 
Looks like I will be there with you sooner or later. My first barrier was at 5.5 BP based on my physiology. I know my oddball limits every 1 to 1.5in and I have to be more aggressive with my routine soon.

As @DLD went through that barrier of growth at 8in, he used the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging with more aggressive approaches. Looks like you're ahead compared to the most of us in terms of hitting that growth limit barrier. Do know that aggressive approach to break the barrier at the longer length can be daunting.

Do know that there is no limit. It takes time for your soft muscles, nerves, and veins and urology pathways to catch up with constant growth. Those who pursued for more with diligence will grow more. One of the guys I know now have a cassava root growing between his groin.

You are not doing any bundled stretches?

I've been considering the Lengthmaster 3 just haven't pulled the trigger.

And I do not fully understand the bundle stretching. Is it basically all the same stretching directions except for adding the twisting?

Yes! You stretch your penis bundled, you will elongate and deform more tissue faster, and you will grow faster as well. When using LengthMaster 3 it's insane the growth and the intensity you can have.

Right on! I was just thinking I can do this with the penimaster until the Lengthmaster 3 comes in because I can twist the penis before latching it to the frame.

Update: I have finally hit the 7" mark BPEL now at 7.2". I have added manual bundle stretching to my routine as well as a more consistent 5x5x3 routine which has push my girth up to a mor consistent 5". Still pushing for the 500 hours on the Penimaster. I happen to go through my phone yesterday and found an old picture of pumping and compared to yesterday's pump and could tell a big difference. Possibly adding LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging soon and push for 8". I was glad I run across the picture because I hadn't felt like I'd gained much since I started regardless of the measurements.

Make sure to retrofit a gauge for the pump. As your tissues grow, your adaption to higher pressure also become numb to the warning bells. Know your current lower comfortable baseline and upper pressure zone you're entering into. Air is more forgiving, bit too high will send you to a place of regrets.
 
Currently my first 5 minutes is at 5 HG the next 5 minutes is about 7 and I do an all out at 10 HG for the last 5 and sometimes will back it back down to 7 if it's to intense. Should I do that any different?
 
I'm on a 5 year Journey. With the first 3 years being growth, year 1 so far has been amazing, see my stats. I honestly don't think you should think about limits until year 4. This is sometimes a roller coaster and with just year 1 it is not enough time to be thinking in terms of limits.

My suggestion is to gauge your upper limit pressure. If you creep up to 10inHg and still feel comfortable for 2 while minutes without letting the pressure go down, you are golden. For the second set of pumping, go 5inHg at the start for 1 minute, 7inHg for 1 minute, 10iHg for 2 minutes, and back to 1 minute. Do the same for third pumping. If there is no discomfort at all for the next week, do this for the following week:

First pumping set:
5 inHg for 2 minutes
7inHg for 2 minutes
5inHg for 1 minute, then SSJ

Second pumping set:
5 inHg for 1 minute
10 inHg for 3 minutes
7 inHg for minute, then SSJ

Third set is the same.

You are doing expressive pumping to push past the barrier and into the next growth phase. This is the upper pumping phase that the manufacturers failed to provide as it exceeds the body normal limits by 3 times. This is to mirror the 2.5lbs to 2.8lbs of traction force against the penile tissues for optimal growth. This is the magic zone.

Most forums and brothers out there believe they reached their growth limits after the 9 months or so. They don't understand the plateaus they reached. The body will adapt and adopt ways to resist growth past the adolescent years. We just need to revise the methods of approach and trick it.

PE journey is truly a lifelong journey. Growth is based on how we force our intensions for the body to proceed. But as males, we need to upkeep our sexual organ. Just like females upkeep their breasts, butts, and face, we need to do the same with our own youthful (or erectile) routines.

The crazy part is that I don't even know If I will fit.

What kind of goal am I going for here. Am I sticking with this daily for several weeks? Should I be trying to increase each set?
