LengthMaster question.

I wear it all the time except when I sleep (and: shower, urinate, poop). I even wear it at the gym, and all the females getting real messed up.

Thanks for the video. About the wrapping material. Is that like something that you can buy at a the drug store? They have that reusable stretchy gauze material. What you have looks more like cloth.
Indeed! I presume you are talking about the white bandage.

I have bought if from a drug store and it's main usage is for support/unloading in case of sprains and stretches in wrists/ankles.

Translated to English it's name are: Elastic bandage.
In Swedish: Elastisk binda.

@KamperKing the best thing with this wrap is that there is no turtling when I use it.
Only in the winter when I go outside there is some turtling. But during the winter I keep a warm sock over it. I'm happy it's summer now.

Yesterday, I had about a 30 min workout, with the LM and then jelqing I warmed up, and did all directions, then I did not do any twist yet, because Iā€™m trying to test everything out, and see how my body feels the next day. So far, Iā€™m fine and no soreness. Should I feel sore to get better gains?

You want to begin with regular stretches as you do. But as soon as you feel comfortable start to bundle/twist your penis. Bundle stretches will deform Tunica albuginea, which allows for a deeper stretch of your entire penis (inner penis and outer penis).

Soreness is signs for gains, especially in the inner penis. For example: I always feel soreness in my inner penis after a stretching session.

But some brothers say they gain without feeling soreness. But in the beginning you will definitely feel soreness, and it's all good.
 
But start slow but increase the intensity as you progress continuously. Start slow, but intense so you do not risk harm. Always talk to your penis.

Never a limit on length....go all day if you desire. You will reach fatigue and soreness eventually and this is your max

I use LENGTHMASTER 3 for 40 minutes (20 min x 2 times) each day (3 days on, 1 day rest).
It's enough if you have correct intensity. You should always increase the intensity as you progress.
 
Noob question. After a long session, should you be longer, from the ligaments relaxing? I know that this happens from pumping, and itā€™s temporary, but itā€™s been some time for me. I was just wondering about other experiences.
