Hello everyone,

I could use soms advice. I started using my bathmate about two days. My routine is simpel.

​​​​​8 minuten of pumping
50 slow jelqs
8 minuten pumping
50 slow jelqs

This is so i can get used to using the bathmate. I think this is good for the first two weeks.
My question is. How do i proceed from here? Any advice? Is this a good start?

I would add some stretching and slowly increase the pumping or jelqing (20 Jelqs weekly or 1-2 minutes pumping weekly) after the first 2-4 weeks to condition yourself. Keep track of PI's (positive indicators) and NI's (negative indicators) and if you have an increase in negative indicators then back off by 10% total work volume and stick it out at that volume for a few months.

It's all very individual.
 
I like the workout, it is a slight variation on the original but I like when Brothers make their own personal adjustments and changes to fit their scenario. I think, for girth, the routine will kick as. I suggest that you get a set of Bundled Stretches (5 minutes) before your workout, this wil help you expand much more.
 
Make it 3 sets of 8 minutes pumping. You might want to start off with 3 sets of 5mins pumping first. Also do kegel and reverse kegel while in the pump.

5 minutes bundle stretching
5 minutes pumping alternating with
50 slow jelqs for 3 sets
Kegels and reverse kegels while pumping

Progressing:
Every week adding 2 minutes of pumping
Adding 20 slow jelqs

Do i also add to the bundled stretches?
What maximum amound of time pumping do
you guys advice?

It will take a month or so before i can afford a
lenghtmaster. That for me would make the
stretch exersices so much eassier.

Start with 5 minutes pumping each set. Maximum for some people varies. As you go further, you listen to your body and avoid fluid retention. Some people do 3 sets of 10 minutes and get fluid retention including myself. My new maximum now is 8 minutes pumping each set.

I use my length master for 1 hour daily doing 3 sets of 20 minutes length master bundled stretches. Start from somewhere and build up over time.

On the girth portion things look good and I like the progressive nature of your routine. The LengthMaster will help you so much in so many ways, there is no tool more powerful than the LengthMaster. It is still on sale so a great time to buy.
 
Any idea when the next sale could be? I’m thinking of getting a widebiy as my penis fills width of my x30 and I think this is hindering me.

It is still running! I have made this permanent until the first of the year. But any tool and get $25 back.
