Hello,

I noticed there is a hole in my Sillicap..

Won't that defeat the purpose when hydro/air pumping? I want to limit expansion, water retention?

Won't the negative pressure go in the hole?

It is to allow air out to prevent bisters

My old silicap broke that went thru 100+ of use mileage. The blister issue didn't bother me on the old version silicap (without the hole). When I'm done with the workout, I just put on the sleeve and the blister will go away within 12 hours or less for me. The new one with the hole, I can't keep it on. The suction is weak and keeps slipping. I couldn't do any workouts with it. I contacted sales to get the one without the hole. There should probably be 2 options to choose from on the MOS website for the SiliCap. I personally go with the one without the hole all day as it worked best for me.
