Ok so I was aware of the forums quick a number of years ago now, did some exercises, awhile back, but not done anything for a long time.

I am now 42 and started to experience erections that are softer than I’m used to.
On top of this I would say my labido isn’t what it used to be and my wife is now questioning this.

Don’t get me wrong when we make love I enjoy it as I always have done. But It’s not often I can honestly say I feel honry.
I don’t know how to explain it, I want to have sex and I still enjoy it. I just don’t get that feeling I used to when I was younger.

I used to sit there and be like wow I feel horny, I don’t get that anymore.

So I guess my question is firstly how do improve the softer than usual erections and secondly how do I get my labido back!

I will do my best to help.
You should do Kegels to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. With kegels you will be able to train them up, so they will be able to support a strong erection.

The thing with that your wife is questioning your sexualitet/labido gets me worried. She should be worshipping your penis. I would personally not be able to stay hard if the woman where judging me. Maybe I interpreted your situation with your wife incorrectly.

Are she judging you, if so it can be part psychological? I know when we age our labido/EQ (erection quality) can go down. But you can prevent this with as mentioned Kegels and also; stretching your penis, as well as pumping/girthwork. Penis Enlargement will make your penis work better (you don't have to enlarge with these exercises).

No my wife isn’t judging me. She has just noticed I’m not as bothered i guess about sex. It’s hard to explain I want it and love it but I dunno its just died off a bit. The softer erections have only been a very recent thing and she hadn’t really noticed until I said last week. I think she’s more questioning is she still attracting me as I don’t seem as bothered. Like I said i am but can’t quite put my finger on it. Mind you have kids around the house all the time doesn’t help matters. 😂

It might have something to do with your mindset as well. But start doing kegel regularly let's see how it goes.
 
Weight lifting and endurance physical training is also good for erection quality.
You want to optimize hormonal levels and bloodflow in your body.

My wife and I chatted about it again this morn. I think it may well be stress related among other things. Plus now that I have noticed it I am thinking about it and worrying about it which isn’t helping in the moment.

i’m not overweight and generally watch what I eat but I don’t really do much in the way of exercise apart from walking the dog. My job is also sat in front of a computer most the day so that probably isn’t great for me either.

I’m going to keep doing the kegals. And try and get some more exercise in and see what happens.
