I created a new thread where we can discuss your questions, and the strategy, to help you to get to your goals.

These are important questions to answer yourself; before you begin:

- What are your goals?
- How do you want your penis to change?
I believe in setting a big goal (goals),
your chances of fulfilling them is much greater then. From these goals you can then step by step, create a program/a routine, so you will fulfill your goals in the near future.
A near future can be between 1 to 1,5 or to 4 years, or longer for example.

Do you want, more girth, longer, straighter, change curvature, balls hanging lower, penis hanging lower... and so on...

It's really good to have well defined goals, before you start your journey of penis enlargement.

This was the way I did it (even when I'm still classifying myself as a newbie).
But I gained a lot (length) in a short period of time with only hand stretches and a broomstick (you can also use the, POWER ASSIST 2 at MoS Shop).

But as I remember you had problems with shipping to Turkey due to high costs to bring the package into the country.
So you can create a short broomstick, or using a pvc pipe or something else, and use that as your power assist device.

But you should start by doing the basic hand stretches and girth exercises that you will find in the, MOS DVD.
- But it will be much easier to help you if you state your goals.

The brotherhood will help you to get to your goals, that's 💯% guaranteed. So you just have to keep it up. To be involved here on MOS every day, is a great way to keep up the dicipline.

I believe more brothers can get into this thread and help you. Probably even create a program/routine for you, so everything is structured and easy to follow.

is there any current topic to measure the initial size?

You want to measure:
BPenis EnlargementL (BPEL)
and
EG (Erect Girth)

BPenis EnlargementL - Bone Pressed Erect Length - In an erect state measure from the pubic bone to the tip of the glans.

EG - Erect Girth.- Measurements for EG are usually taken mid-shaft although some advocate that it should be taken at the widest point of the penis. Others maintain girth should be measured at the head, middle and base. Whatever you choose, be consistent.

When I comes to BPEL it's important to push in the ruler into your pubic bone, and you messure from the base (on the top), and to the tip of your glans when you are 100% erecred.
If you have a banana bend to your penis you need to either push your penis straight before you messure, or use a tailor tape to messure the value.
 
Before warming up with hot water
Basic strech:
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Basic jelqing:
3 minutes of basic jelqing

Compression squeze

Bundle erecct strech

Dld a strech

Fake arm strech

Dld bundled blasters

Dld angled jelq

Under leg fucrum

I set myself these exercises.
and I will do the exercises I mentioned above twice a day.
I will always wake up 1 hour earlier than when I wake up in the morning.
morning exercise will be less than half of evening exercise. and then after the morning workout is over i will wear the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory device.
I work 11 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Then after I come back from work, I will continue my evening routine as it should and when I reach the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging I will include the LengthMaster in my routine and after the workout I will wear the srt again until bedtime.

I am planning a routine like this, please help me enlighten.

How long or how many minutes should I do the exercises in the places I left blank, please complete them for me
My first goal is to gain height completely and then thickness.

Go with 3 sets of 60 seconds each. A great way to start
