Don't you get a red glans from it with hanging with the LM chamber?

Im hanging 5-7 pounds as I'm new to this and that feels heavy enough to me. I have just been using a sleeve only while hanging. I do not get red glans.
Asking because when I'm hanging with the LM chamber, no matter how I wrap, always got a red glans afterwards for around 1 day.
This could be because of a few different reasons. One of the most important things to do when you wrap is to make sure you squeeze all blood out of the head.
