First Day Pumping - Advice Needed

I have always been "content" with the size of my penis. I have never had any complaints and when I was 18, I learned bigger isn't better when a married woman was cheating on her husband with me, and he had a 10" penis. Mine is 7", and I have been told it is not too big to be painful, and not small, and "just right". I have never measured the girth but it is of nice girth and is not skinny, nor fat. It "matches" the length.

I am now 34, in great shape, have good looks, and have no problem obtaining sex especially living in a large city. I never had any plans to purchase a penis pump until a friend invited me to download Temu, and I discovered that apart from cool lights, and phone stands, they have virtually every adult toy you can imagine.

I own a Fleshlight, which I haven't used in years as I prefer the real thing, so none of the masturbation devices sparked my interest. The penis pumps did however. I had seen videos of people pumping their penises and did some research on if they "work". I found medical literature stating they are only for people with ED, found people claiming they work but it's just temporary, and found people claiming that with time and dedication, such as a minimum of 3 months as well as a plateu around 1 year in, permanant gains can be reached.

As mentioned, I am content with the size of my penis and do not want a huge penis, but if I could permantly gain a centimeter to a half inch, cool, so I went into this with no real expectations.

As the days were approaching for my pump to arrive, which I went with a basic one, with no measurment marks, or pressure valve, with the intention to upgrade if I enjoy it, I began to research safety for a beginner. I found someone saying that for beginners they should pump for 2 minutes, release the valve to allow fresh blood and oxygen into the pump, and then two more minutes.

I had 3 sessions today. In all 3, I pumped until I was the hardest, thickest, and longest I've ever been. Just seeing my penis so much bigger than ever before sent me over the edge, so each session ended in a massive load and me having to clean the cylinder.

Here are my questions. I see some people posting pictures of pumping for hours, and the penis looks unnaturally swollen. I want to avoid this, but am wondering if it's something that will inevitably happen. I also noticed during pumping, I went from 7" to at least 7.5", and while temporary, and only while pumping, does this mean in length I will always max out at 7.5" or will my penis eventually adjust and be able to be pumped larger? I am not expecting to see any form of "permanant gain", for at least 3 months of daily use, but I am wondering when I'm ready to stay pumped longer, or pump to a higher pressure? I need someone with experience to help me with a proper regime.

As far as side effects, luckily no burst blood vessells or blisters as in my research I learned not to pump to where it's painful so I only pump until I am hard as a rock and feel the intensity, but not to the point of it being painful. The only side effect I welcome and notice is that my foreskin has always been short and only covers around 30% of my glans, but after pumping, and back to flaccid, my foreskin was covering about 80% of my glans.

I do plan on upgrading to one with a pressure guage and measurment marks, but for now, this is what I have. The cylinder is 9.5", I'm not sure of circumference but when I'm fully pumped, I'm almost filling it.

Yep, it's great then, but things do change. My girlfriend back then also left her husband, not divorced yet, and had great else with me because of the perfect size she needed. But as time changes, so does her need for length and girth. Trust me on this.

Yeah, don't trust Temu. The gears there cut corners like it's a failure fest. My wife loves to purchase craps on Temu, and 80% of the junk we got ended up in the trash within the week to around a month. This is your penis we are working on. Off the shelf cheap imitation can land your penis useless real fast.

If you are chasing length, give a year and you'll get both 1in in length and 1in in girth. Consistently doing the routines is key.

You can pump as long as 5 minutes, but you must know your pressure you are under. You cannot go by "feel" alone. That is a recipe for disaster. Why? When you first pump, the feel will be extreme. As your tissues expand, the feel becomes inconsistent because higher pressure is needed to get the "feel" of being expanded. This is where the dangers lay await.

Wait until you upgrade with the MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System and use water. You will enter into a whole new dimension of expansion.

No. This is dangerous. Pumping time max out at 15 minutes. You also incorporate a Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routine into the mix. 5 minutes pumping, 5 minutes slow squash jelq routine to maximize internal expansion, and 3 sets max. 30 minutes of workout for expansion, follows by 60 minutes of post pumping restrictive cock ring expansion to allow valuable blood to get the penis loaded with building materials while the cells are repairing. 10 minutes of wear time max, squeeze the blood out, and get new blood in. 6 times of refreshing blood and you are done. If you want passive growth, wrap it up to keep the penis constantly elongated.

The elongated and expanded length you see in the cylinder is your potential growth size. When you don't see that potential growth size is when you need to find other routines to maximize that potential growth size. As your penis grows, your potential growth size will also grow with you until your growth limit hits a plateau size. This is where leveraging tool like the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging comes into play.

You will not see permanent gains in 3 months. You will see plenty of gains in 3 months. Cementing for permanent gains take another 3 to 6 months, sometimes, a year.

This is fluid retention. You can use slow squash jelq to minimize this, or reverse jelq to remove build up fluid within a few minutes

You need to upgrade with a pressure gauge ASAP. On top of that, get an 11in cylinder with 1in additional circumference on top of your current size. This is to keep your penis uniform during gains. However, if you want to go as big as possible with worrying about the shape, get a cylinder than is 2in larger in circumference than your current size.

Thank you so much for a quick reply with so much information that I had no idea about. I definitely realize I need to upgrade as soon as possible, so I don't end up harming my penis, which would be completely counterproductive. In the meantime, I will just continue to get myself erect and not rely on feeling anything, (apart from discomfort), but I suppose visually, and perhaps use a marker, as to not go past that in terms of length.

I have no problem with dedication, and the fact that I could potentionally gain an inch in a year is way more than I expected, and while I wasn't aiming that high, I would not mind having 8", however I don't want to go beyond that, but I would like to maintain that.

To clarify somethings, as stated, I was/am content with the size of my erect penis, as it is above average, and I have always gotten the job done, which might also have to do with not just size, but stamina, foreplay, and just being a considerate partner. From what I have been told by various women, I "make love", while their experience with some other guys is, they just want hard, fast, sex, with little to no consideration to their preferences, etc... I am aware that size queens exist, but I would not want to be with a size queen, or anyone that only wants to be with me, or have sex with me because of my penis, my job, or any single characteristic. I guess I'm kind of different than most guys, in that sex to me isn't everything in a relationship. Unlike my friends, apart from a few one night stands when I was at college parties when still in high school, I won't just have sex with anyone, I have to develope some sort of emotional connection with them first, before I would even consider it, no matter how attractive she is. With that said, unless someone is naturally huge, it is my belief that any guy, given the opportunity, wouldn't mind an extra few milimeters, or as I was surprised to learn, an inch in a year.

So, to sum things up, upgrade ASAP to at least one with a pressure gauge and then learn about those numbers, 5 minutes per session is okay, 3 times a day?

I also ran into a slight inconvenience. I forgot to mention, the pump came with 3 silicone seals. Small, Medium, and Large. The small was obviously too small to enter while flaccid, the large was too large to create a seal when flaccid as I'm a grower, and the medium SEEMED perfect, at least to get into semi hard, but when I release the valve, and my erection goes back to it's natural size, even with lube, it is difficult for me to get myself out of the device, as the medium sized seal works as a VERY tight cock ring once erect. So... with that said, I am thinking about using the medium to get myself a little more than semi hard, and then change inserts to the large, so I can escape from it easier, as lately I have had to remove the seal from the cylinder in order to "free myself".

Some additional questions: 1. While using my current pump, and using my future pump of better quality, is it ALWAYS 15 minutes per day max? I am fine with that if so. I don't want to overdo it. I also don't want to underdo it, and with not much research other than mentioned in the OP, I was perhaps misled into thinking that beginners need to take it slow, and do it for less time, and then as weeks, and months go by, to extend the time. For example, the one I ordered, on one of the images, it said week 1 - 5 minutes. week 3- 10 minutes. after one month: 25 minutes... and those were the only "instructions" apart from arrows pointing to the release valve. 2. I am using a water based lubricant, but I am curious if something such as Lubriderm with vitamins and aloe would be fine to use as well, if not better for the skin, to stay hyrdated, etc...

I want to avoid edema, burst blood vessels, bruising, etc... at any cost, so I do realize the importance of upgrading as soon as I have the means to, so I also realize I have to be very careful.

I guess to clarify a little more, I never had any interest in enlarging my penis, and believed that it was impossible, apart from surgery. While browsing the various sex toys, it was the only thing that made me curious, and a bit turned on to try. That was my only motivation really, until I began doing some research, watching some videos, (while straight, I am comfortable enough with myself to watch videos of guys pumping) I went into this I guess you could say... as an experiment. I wanted to feel the sensation of sucking, wanted to see for myself if it would actually do more than just give me an erection (which as stated, while pumped, I reached 1/2" more in length, and I'm sure in girth as well, so that in itself made me realize, wow, I have never seen my penis this large. This does work, and there are men reporting and showing actual gains. I am not doing this for others, nor is it something that I feel I need to even do to myself, but more of a curiousity, and as mentioned, I don't know what guy wouldn't mind adding a little more girth and length unless he has trouble finding partners that can take it all, orally, vaginally, or anally, due to the size, as I have a few friends who have naturally large (9+") penises, who complain about their girlfriends or one night stands not being able to take it all, or being frightened by it.

In the meantime, due to bills and non penis related expenses, it will be about two to three weeks before I am able to upgrade, and then another week waiting on it to arrive, unless I go to a local "sex toy shop", but I'm sure they will have the same Chinese manufactured "toys" rather than a "professional" one. So, with that said, if anyone on here has also had to use one like mine, with no pressure gauge, any advice on the do's and don'ts would be greatly appreciated.

Depending on your age, like me you might water pump for life if your EQ ever drops and it won't be as intense as it was when you were growing but just enough to maintain.

I am 34, but will turn 35 in December. I'm actually in the best shape of my life, as I spent my 20's getting wasted and partying. So, with the max being 20 minutes a day, I think three 5 minute sessions would be in the "safe" area.

Your response is also much appreciated, as this is the first I am hearing about how many days a week I should be doing this. I was under the impression that it was every day, with the false impression that as the weeks go by, the longer you leave it on for. I'm sure I'm not alone in seeing people post videos or pictures with bloated penises that don't look natural by any means that say "after 4 hours of pumping" or something to that effect. That is not my goal at all, and while I suppose there is a "fetish" for that look, and by no means do I have anything against people who want that look, to me, it looks unnatural, and I wouldn't even feel comfortable showing my penis to anyone if it was all bloated.

Regarding EQ however, thank you for reminding me. That was another question/concern of mine. While I love the feeling and look of my penis pumped to where it's thicker and longer, I am somewhat afraid natural erections won't do it for me, or I won't feel that I'm at my best. I suppose that might change in a year or so once I see some permanant gains, which leads me to another question... Are the gains truly permanant? For example, if I reach 8" in length in a year, without using the pump, will that be truly permanant or will I need to maintain pumping at a lesser rate in order to keep the gains?

Fluid retention is not our goal here. Our goal is to get expansions without the fluid retention. The "penis donut" look is not in our sight. We always go for the real expansion, the solid expansion, and the resulting EQ. This is why we incorporate jelq into the routines. Without the jelqing, the internal expansions cannot be effectively achieved.

Regarding EQ however, thank you for reminding me. That was another question/concern of mine. While I love the feeling and look of my penis pumped to where it's thicker and longer, I am somewhat afraid natural erections won't do it for me, or I won't feel that I'm at my best. I suppose that might change in a year or so once I see some permanant gains, which leads me to another question... Are the gains truly permanant?
Gains are permanent once you cement the gains. EQ and gains are based on the routine approaches we selected. Intense routines provides gains, while moderate routines improves EQ. The reason why EQ takes a nose dive is due to the high intensity expansion causes fatigue. Then the penile body reaches fatigues, EQ cannot be 100%. It's like you got to the gym to workout for an hour with very heavy weights, and then someone expects you to help lift a refrigerator up the stairs without any issues.

For example, if I reach 8" in length in a year, without using the pump, will that be truly permanant or will I need to maintain pumping at a lesser rate in order to keep the gains?
If you reach your objective 8in a year, you will make that length cemented. You won't be losing any thing as long as you keep the routine constant, such as 3 days on, 1 day off. If your routines are sporatic, and you suddenly stop out of the blue within a year for weeks and months on end, only partial cementing will occur. You may only gain to 7.75in rather than 8in.
 
Day 2 Update: I woke up today feeling very relieved as I had a throbbing erection, when normally in the mornings, it's just a regular erection, or a semi. As I expressed earlier in the thread, one of my concerns was a side effect of not being able to achieve natural erections, so this was good news. I did not inspect my erection or measure it, but enjoyed the rock hard sensation for a while before I got up and drank my coffee.

After eating lunch, I realized I am not a fan of the water based lube I have, and remembered I had some vasoline from when I used to dye my hair random colors, (the vasoline would prevent the dye from getting on the ears, forehead, etc...

While I'll eventually get some Lubriderm, I searched the forums and saw that while "messy", this seems to be the best as it doesn't dry out, and I can apply it to the entire penis and base, and it jusy works better overall.

While I am waiting to upgrade pumps, I figured I should at least use my phone's timer feature, to ensure my regime is exactly 2 minutes which I turn on when pumped, release the valve for 1 minute, pump again for 2 minutes then rest.

During the rest period which lasted about 30-45 minutes, I did 100 quick kegals, and massaged my penis, as well as did some jelqing, and then letting it rest for about another hour, and decided I would do my second session.

Same routine with the timer, except this time, I ejaculated, which while it feels amazing, and are some of the largest loads in my life, I don't want to ejaculate everytime I use the pump, so I'm thinking when I feel an orgasm coming, (no pun intended), to release the valve, and let it pass. It usually happens as I'm doing kegals (something I've been doing for over half my life, and I'm only 34), so that could be why.

I don't expect to see any improvement any time soon, apart from inside the pump, but I have noticed that while flaccid, I am now at my full natural flaccid state, with no shrinkage which, normally I would have, due to the fact that it's winter where I live, and cold. I can not wait for summer when I can wear basketball shorts, and sweat shorts as by then, it will be 4 months in, and I would hope to see some increase in flaccid size but either way, I am in no rush, and want to do this the correct way. I decided to not even pay attention to measurements, except for perhaps once a month.

Overall, this was one of the best decisions of my life, as I did not even know if it would even temporarily work, so again, seeing my penis significantly longer and thicker than ever amazed me, to the point where I would like to tell all of my friends and tell them it works and they should get one, but obviously that's a strange topic to just randomly bring up, besides, why share the "secret"? It's my penis and my journey. If they want to be bigger they can do their own research and make their own decisions, purchases, and dedication.

In about 3 to 4 hours, I will do my final session for the night and resume again tomorrow afternoon.

I will post pictures 2 weeks from my OP if there is any visual difference. Hopefully there will be, but if not, I will post updated pictures once I do see a visual difference.

Great questions and dedication to this.One thing to look at is warm-up, I warm up with manual stretches with RED + NIR, buy the MOS-RED | NIR INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY FOR ERECTION QUALITY. I do this everytime I pump (no more than 30 min a day with RED + NIR, I always warm up. I don't see why we would not take advantage of technology if we have it. Sometimes I am sad that I didn't continue PE in 2011, but with the advancement and more experience of users with RED + NIR and Water pumping, I'm glad I'm still in my 40's to enjoy this.

Read up on RED + NIR, one theory that is 100% correct is that you feel healed or a healthy penis through out your PE journey.
The second is that it may reduce the time needed for PE to shorten your routine, that is still a theory but one to consider if you are hanging or doing manual stretches. The last benefit is the quick way to warm up than heating up a rice pack etc.
 
Day 3 Report: First of all, I want to thank DLD and my brothers for not only welcoming me, answering my questions, etc... but for the amazing community I have found with so much information that I've been reading, and most recently finished watching the MOS dvd.

Todays three, 5 minute sessions went great. One thing that I did differently during my pumping sessions, is during the 2 minutes pumped, 1 minute release valve, I kept the cylinder on, as the silicone insert kept my semi plump, while not being too restricted that fresh blood was not entering. I took some deep breaths, because... oxygen, did some kegals, and then pumped up again.

I forgot to mention I "warmed up", by doing some jelks and after my first session of the day was finished, as well as massaged and did kegals afterwards.

One thing I noticed today, is that I am starting to see a fairly long lasting (a few hours or so) flaccid length and girth, which I look forward to eventually cementing, and hopefully more length and girth both flaccid and erect. I am not expecting immediate permanant gains, but it was a pleasant and reassuring surprise that I did not anticipate, and did not see in my first two days.

Prior to pumping, under normal, non semi, but pure flaccid conditions, I was a pretty extreme grower, with my flaccid size ranging from 3.5"-4". Today it was at 4.8" for hours, completely flaccid and more girthy, which in the mirror gave me a confidence boost, and made me look less like a grower and more of a shower.

I mentioned several times I had always been content with my erect length and girth, prior to discovering I could improve it, but I never mentioned that while I didn't mind being a grower, I wasn't thrilled about it either, as penises are so unique to everyone and not everyone is educated on growers, showers, etc... so I always assumed that people would assume I have a small erect penis if they were only to see me flaccid. Now, I am relieved that this will also improve my flaccid length and girth.

On to the helpful MOS DVD. I will now be incorporating a lot of those excercises into my routines as well.

Oh, on to some subjective "good news". I have been doing kegals on and off for over half of my life (I'm 34), due to online research on stamina and EQ in my younger years, and since starting this journey I've been doing them much more consistantly, but not over doing it. The point in this, is that during the second half of my first section, I was about to have an orgasm, but did not want to make it a habit, or the extra cleaning, so while I felt an orgasm coming on, and a small drop of semen, I was able to do a strong kegal to prevent the ejaculation, and mentally blocked out the pleasure.

Session two however, was messy, lol. Session three, I behaved.

With all that being said, I announced I would wait a month if not longer to post any more pictures of myself erect in the pump, but I do feel like tomorrow I should take a mirror selfie of my post pump flaccid size, so in a few months I can compare, as well as share my progress in both erect and flaccid states.

In conclusion, I love this forum, and feel vindicated, as well as feel sorry for the naysayers who claim that PE is not possible. As mentioned in my first post, I didn't know what to believe or expect but I can noe rest assured I am on the right track, and this is not only benefitting my penis, but my overall sense of well being, similar to working out, or doing any other healthy activity.

Oh, I almost forgot to ask a question. I eat healthy, am in shape, I rarely drink alcohol, (maybe a few beers one or two days out of the month), so that is good, but this is motivating me to eliminate things such as cigarettes and caffiene from my life as smoking is just unhealthy in general, and please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm under the impression that 3 cups of strong black coffee a day is good on the heart and by proxy, blood flow.

I am prescribed medical cannabis extract to be vaporized, but I only do that before bed, and I don't think that would cause any harm. If anything, according to studies, it might help during a session, so I might have to try that.

So, to sum it up, I'm aware of the healthy habits I have that are beneficial to my journey, as well as aware of my unhealthy habits that I now have the motivation to get rid of, (strange, but cool that going into this motivated me to improve my overall health, not just my penis). I am wondering if there are any specific food, drinks, and/or vitamins that will help my PE, or if proper water hydration, fruit juice, and cutting down on the coffee is enough.

I drink about 2 liters of coffee a day. No worries. As long as you know your intake limits, you are fine. Don't exceed your limits to cause your mind and body to enter jittery mode. Otherwise, coffee, specifically caffeine, will boost your blood flow. Make sure to eat to prevent stomach pains.

I don't see any issues with CBD causing issues with PE. However, depending on the strain of cannabis that was used and growth conditions, I do have reports those strains contain toxic levels of unwanted chemicals from the fertilizers being used. Do be careful.

No need to drop coffee. Eat healthy. But do think about supplements to boost bioavailability to increase repair needs and for body sustainability.

Sorry I haven't been writing daily reports as promised. I've been incredibly busy but have still been pumping 3 times a day for 5 minutes as well as the stretches from the dvd.

At this point, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. The first is from the 3rd. My first time pumped fully to 7.5 from my pre PE 7.

The second image is from today, only 15 days later. Now hitting 8.5".

I have no idea why some people don't believe this works. They must not have been dedicated.

Oh, still have to take a flaccid pic. The difference is like night and day. I just wish I had a before pic...

At this surprising rate of growth, I'm hoping to fill the tube by new years, but if not, oh well. I'll keep on keeping on.

Keep it up brother. No need to report things in weekly or monthly. Just when you have time. Progressive growth is what we want to see, no matter how long it takes.
