You say erect stretching cements temporary gains. I haven’t been doing any erect stretches but I have been doing everything else. What kind of erect stretches should I be doing? Any routines? Cause I’ve been doing everything else from LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging, DLD blasters, kegels, reverse kegels, penomet etc. And if I don’t do erect stretching does that mean my gains won’t cement and I won’t get bigger? Lots of factors seem to matter here
 
They are very simple do. Get yourself a good erection, grip your penis right below the head, and stretch straight out in front of you for as long as he can hold that stretch, rest as needed. You want to do this for about 10 minutes, three or four times a week.
 
Like the name suggests, Erect stretching is done when you are erect....
Just grad your penis and stretch outwards in all directions just like flaccid stretching....

Haha okay, I appreciate it. So there’s no advanced erect stretching? No specially texhniques? Just basic stretching?

DLD, do you consider erect stretches in a pump the same as erect by hand?

No. Erect stretches in the pump will end up becoming hard core stretches which will affect internal penis. When stretching with your hand you’ll be stretching the shaft and ligament which close the gap on FSBPL and BPL

yes, that is called a hard-core stretch. If you look up Bathmate Hardcore Stretches you will find it there. This is considered an expressive stretch. This means you’ll be pulling penis from inside your body outward.
 
Can we do erect stretches everyday along with flaccid stretches in order for BPEL to reach BPFL size?

My question is since the erect affects the shaft, hardcore for the inner, and lazy stretches for the ligs. How my days a week and how long should each different variation be done?

Can’t hurt doing a bit of each every day.
 
I can't get a good grip when erect, so I bend it from side to side and hold it for 30 seconds.

I also use my homeaid bundle tool

Dld, is there something else I could possibly use or do to get the outward erect stretch?

I have/had two pumps, but pump ones hand pump thing broke and pump two which is an automatic pump got vaseline in it and now it won't pull a vacuum

Have you tried using baby powder so you don’t slip? You could also try latex or rubber gloves. You can also get a bag of MOSGrip which is great with grip.

Sounds like you clogged up your pump with petroleum. You’ll need to take apart the valve and remove and clean all of the Vaseline away. Vaseline should never go into your pump it should only go on the seal against the skin.

Do I need to be at 100% or can I be at 80% for erect stretches?

I'll try to clean out the pump, I just hope it's not ruined. It came with a tub that is silicon that you go into and that's why i would lubricate it up. I never cleaned that out; which Is my fault.

I am noticing flaccid gains, i am ready to see those turn into erect gains.

I bought a generic ball stretcher as well because I saw you say that it will help you hang lower. How long should I wear it? It is just a rubber ring that goes strong scrotom i wanted the one where you could put weight to it, but it seems everyone is out of stock.

I am sorta doing the things for the ball stretching. Just pulling them down while raising my dick. I usually do this for a 30 count
 
Do you want to be this close to 100% erect as possible. The idea is to stretch erectile tissue in order to close the gap between flaccid stretched bone pressed and erect bone pressed.
 
Bump. I combine erect Stretch with expressive stretch.
