Many users report that resting days are very important to success. If i feel like I've been exercising a lot, I don't rest, but rather just get an erection 3 times that day for 15-20 minutes without edging, with a cock ring. Would this count as ''resting''? (well, training, but actually resting ) Or would you advise me to edge?
I've read in some books that edging helps bring many nutrients in the penis and allow it to grow. If i don't edge, but simply get and hold an erection with a cock ring for 20 minutes, do i get the same effect? Does the penis still get flooded with enough nutrients like that?
How about not using the cock ring? Does that yield better, worse or the same results?
