It always depends on their personal preferences, some girls like shredded guys, some girls prefer a dads bod.
But overall I'd say from aesthetic - yes, it's more attractive than a small one.
From attraction level - maybe comparable like boobs/ass of females are to us.
From satisfaction level - big dick has more chances satisfying a girl than an average dick when both are using the same technique.
So in my opinion it's better to have a big dick instead of not having one if we have the option... and here with PE we have the option :)
