Does Hanging + ADS speed up length gains?

Just got my phallosan forte in and have been loving it. I’ve heard that it takes 1000 hours in an ADS to gain 1 inch of length. It takes time for the micro tears to heal and create new cells, expanding the length and girth. So I was wondering, would doing 2 to 3 sets of hanging each day before strapping on the ADS speed up the amount of time it takes to grow 1 inch? I imagine it would create tears much faster, and then allow you to heal in an elongated state, instead of using only the ADS to create micro tears, which may take much longer. Thoughts?
 
Never depend on an extender on its own always include manual exercise along side. So if you combine let’s say basic stretching with the Phallosan you will grow much faster. Also remember to follow the SRT healing and gaining concepts.

Yeah I’m doing my 30 minute lengthmaster routine in the morning, and about 3 to 500 jelqs a day. I’m just wondering if heavy hanging would translate better then any other form of Length work?
 
Not answering the question but if I were you I would shift my focus almost entirely on girth and not worry about length much.
 
Just cause your length is really good already, but if you want it longer then by all means its a personal choice
Yeah, it’s probably just me being greedy. I’d just love to add an extra 1/2” so I can get to 9” BPEL. I’d love to get into the 9” club. But you’re right, 8” is plenty and girth is way more important than length imo

I have seen much better gains using the LM than hanging. Hanging takes a long time and I tried it for about six months I made a small gain but not enough for me to continue. Stick with those LM stretches and after training be sure to wear your ADS in a passive way to cement that growth. If you want to add in some hanging you could do some passive hanging using your LM if you have a good privacy. It would be the alternative to an ADS in the way of healing, actually much better but total privacy is the key.

Such solid advice! Thanks DLD. I’ll just continue with my 30min Lengthmaster routine in the morning and my 4-500 Jelqs per day. That ought to be plenty to speed up the ADS gains

DLD, what would be the significant difference between hanging and the lengthmaster?
Are they not both tension/stretches held consistently for a matter of time?
Also, you hung for six months, but you were already very close to your current size, i remember you saying your max was something like 70lbs for a minute... but had you done maybe 40 lbs, for 20 minutes x 6 sets (hrs a day) gains would have been guaranteed, no?
i just don't see how a significant amount of weight hung for a long period of time wouldn't produce gains...

Huge difference. The lengthmaster allows for angular stretching from any position using the handlebars to apply as much intensity as you desire. It is far better than hanging because hanging only has a certain amount of positions but the LM can do any stretch that can be done manually. Plus the LM is also a hanger so people who want to hang can also hang with the Lengthmaster. Every brother should order this first before anything else because it brings length so quickly.

You need to do bundled exercises in combination with the extender for you to make meaningful gains (get yourself a length master if you don't have one). Both length and girth are important. Get into the 9 inches bone press length club and also increase your girth too.
