Collagen Protein

I've been reading about collagen/bone broth etc. like any food trend, new age health whatever, I read with some skepticism, but the concept makes enough sense to me and the people I know who drink bone broth seem to be getting a good response. Food fads aside, the idea of heavily supplementing collagen seems like I wise choice for PE, especially given the cell division concept I read about on this forum. Anyone hip to this? I'm gonna try it for a few months and let you know if I see speeded results. Bro on!

yes it works. materials that are similar to our own body are more bioavailable for digestion and will have a greater chance of protein synthesis. eating red meats in general also has a positive hormonal effect (sorry vegans)

This has been done for a very long time where I come from.its known to boot various physical aspects, including sexual ones. so I would be talking from experience that this is true and you should try it
