Anybody have an answer how to lessen the discomfort of the extreme pump where it is pressed against the pubic bone. No pain in the penis, just scrotum area where the pvc insert presses. I have the foam pad they sell as well but it doesn't seem to help enough for me to use it as much as I would like

Do you mean the comfort insert? If so, I personally don't use it. I use the pump without this.

What I do, is that I tie a bandage around my balls (you can also wrap them entirely) and then pull the balls back a bit, from the inlet of the pump.

I also when I start to pump, don't use the external pump (hand pump) a first.
I first push the pump against the "fat pad"/pubic bone and when I push it against myself, I reposition it somewhat (when I haven't any high pressure) to keep the penis inside the pump in the middle. But also to adjust the skin around the pump inlet.

When I can't get any more pressure in, I attached the hand pump and simultaneously push the pump against myself, when building up pressure with the hand pump. But If I'm honest, it's a bit uncomfortable in the scrotum area. But I feel this method are mitigating the problem. But I get used to the feeling as well.

I haven't used it, but maybe you can try this:
MITYSLEEV - PENIS PUMP SLEEVE
(They have two sizes, choose the one for Bathmate pumps).

Many people say this sleeve works great with Bathmate pumps.

Thanks for the feedback.. I will look into the Mitysleev. May also try without the white pvc piece.

I can't use the comfort insert for the simple reason, that I get to much expansion in girth. To mitigate this, and so I get more expansion in length, also so I do not get stuck in the rubber creases = "the gator". I take a bandage and wind it at the base of my penis.
Then I get more expansion in length, and my penis does not expand with a mushroom shape.

I wish Bathmate could come up with a more comfortable design. But it works.

Well, just ordered the Mitysleev for Bathematte from mos..

Will say I find the pump seems to work better in the bath vs shower.

That's great! Tell me how it works out with the MITYSLEEV.

Follow the guide suggested by the bot. It is the best one I have seen.
