Bathmate, or what pump?

This pump just wont work right for me. I get it to work decent for a couple minutes then it leaks out of the end and loses all pressure. I cant figure out the wine vac mod. Ive tried attaching it multiple ways and it wont stay on the end. It said there is a 60 day return. How do I go about that...
