It is normal for a man to want to masturbate. It is normal for a man to enjoy oral sex. Over many years, I have seen anonymous polls about if people would like to be able to give themselves a blow job or not ... and I have yet to see a result where the majority does not say yes.

That being said, it would be natural for a man to want to try it.
