Hello, been doing PE on and off for a while, recently decided to be consistent with length work, esp ADS.
I'm not in NA so limited options, but managed to find some knockoff SizeGenetics - Penis Traction Extender locally (SEA).
I've got two version of the SizeGenetics - Penis Traction Extender, the first one only had holes under where the glans goes, secured by a long rubber/plastic/silicone tube that I usually position just under the glans. The second version has an additional strap that inserts into the plastic along the shaft.
I found the first method quite troublesome, needed to tighten the tube so much that I started to be concerned about blood loss to the head. Could only use for 1.5hrs at a time, at the end of which the head of my penis was cold to the touch (ambient 30+C/~90F so its not the cold). Also very painful.
The second method however, does not secure my penis in place at all. There's a foam sleeve included in the pack, but that doesnt help. Either way, tugging with even a little force causes my penis to slip out. Measured my flaccid girth and its about 3" in circumference, so less than 1" in diameter. The space left by the strap (fully tightened) is around the same (3" in circumference). I suspect there's a requirement similar to condom sizing (<90% of EG so it stays on) involved here.
Wondering if other members have had a problem like this, what solutions they tried, and what I could try.
Somewhat related would be questions about sizing a sleeve: Is the width measured the same way a condom is measured, laid flat on a ruler? I was able to buy some silicone sleeves advertised for penis enlargement but it seems like theyre too big becasue they dont prevent my penis from turtling at all.
