Zen vacuum hanger

I'm worrking with someone who owns a Zen vacuum hanger. The problem with the hanger is that, the silicone sleeves doesn't last more than 3 days. The member said he cannot use the MOS sleeves because It's not wide enough to fit on my vacuum tube according to him.

He also said the MOS sleeves don't fit right and then the vacuum does not hold pressure.

I suggested that he should buy a length master. He said the length master will crush the implant in his penis therefore, he cannot stretch or hanging with the length master.

My questions are, is there anything that can be done concerning sleeves to use for the hanger?

Secondly, I believe the Silistrecher will work very well for him. What do you guys think?

What I do is I attach the sleeves to something round like pipe or a big plastic bottle to stretch them out overnight and never had any problems since.

Edit: If anything the Silistrecher might be the best option.

That's the same issue I have with the SiliStretcher 2 when using the 2inch Bell. Constantly tearing sleeves. Problem is getting a sleeve that fits the device well and one small enough to offer good grip on the penis.
