I will share my personal experience/current regimen, which seems to be working. Usually do length work first (warm up, few manual stretches, then go into
hanging 6 sets at 15 min). Then I'll pump for 10 min at 7 inHg (with condom, which has dramatically reduced donut effect and petechiae). After a pump I stay erect and leave condom on, place CR at base, then wrap tightly with ACE from base to about 0.5in from circ scar, essentially forcing blood towards the glans. I'll do this pump-wrap combo 2-3 times for 10 min each. Massage/heat between sets.
My main focus is length, and this wrapping regimen seems to really expand me length-wise and force more girth toward the glans. I will also add that I did a P-shot 2.5 weeks ago, and this has been a turbo charge for EQ (not to mention my provider is full on into PE himself and is a great sounding board). Girth is increasing too, but just not my main focus. So, yes, you can wrap for length after girth work in the fashion I describe, but you just have to experiment and see if this works for you...everybody is built differently, and there is no "one size fits all" approach.
