Hey guys. Still using the bathmate - but I’m focusing on girth. Today was a PR for me (see pic) in that arena, and I want to know - after I get done with the cock ring for 30mins x 4 sets, can I wrap my penis to also target length?

you gained a whole inch in girth? Yes after you have done your healing work you can definitely move onto length. But remember that when your penis is expanded it’s pretty tough to get a good stretch in. I recommend doing length first if possible. It’s not to use as much intensity as possible when stretching after girth work
 
I will share my personal experience/current regimen, which seems to be working. Usually do length work first (warm up, few manual stretches, then go into hanging 6 sets at 15 min). Then I'll pump for 10 min at 7 inHg (with condom, which has dramatically reduced donut effect and petechiae). After a pump I stay erect and leave condom on, place CR at base, then wrap tightly with ACE from base to about 0.5in from circ scar, essentially forcing blood towards the glans. I'll do this pump-wrap combo 2-3 times for 10 min each. Massage/heat between sets.
My main focus is length, and this wrapping regimen seems to really expand me length-wise and force more girth toward the glans. I will also add that I did a P-shot 2.5 weeks ago, and this has been a turbo charge for EQ (not to mention my provider is full on into PE himself and is a great sounding board). Girth is increasing too, but just not my main focus. So, yes, you can wrap for length after girth work in the fashion I describe, but you just have to experiment and see if this works for you...everybody is built differently, and there is no "one size fits all" approach.

Hello brother. I guess just like most members here, you might have fallen off your roitine due to workload or lack of motivation/discipline. The things we fail to accomplish today would torment us tomorrow. Pick yourself up and try and again. I agree that, there are some people who need motivation to enable them do their routine. I'm here for you and other members who are having the same problem.
 
@huge-girth, why do you keep answering guys threads who haven't been here for over a year or so. Most of these guys hang around on an average of 3-6 months and disappear. Guys think PE is a magical, they do it for a month and think they should have gained 3 inches. When they don't, they think PE doesn't work. Which is true, PE doesn't work for them, because they have the wrong mentality about it. PE is a long term commitment to master
