Wrapping and flaccid girth

I feel like the wrapping recommendations in the guide are not working for me. I have had issues with the grip and circulation problems Maybe I am using the wrong sweatshirt material. Now I have basically tripled the amount of wrap and it feels good, with much less irritation, better circulation, and better grip.

I used to tighten the hanger all the way, now I don't have to do that anymore and there is a lot more room for adjustment if I need to tighten the hanger anymore. What would the optimal flaccid girth ( with the wrap on) be to use the hanger? I feel like this could be good information to add to the guide.
 
That's an interesting question, I know most talk about the optimal wrap for themselves but I've not heard from a perspective of optimal girth for the hanger/stretcher. The problem you can run into with more wrap is more tendency for slippage, ie there's excessive intermediary material between the device and the tissue you want to stretch, so keep that in mind. Personally I've found a silicone sleeve under the wrap (tight) works best for me, and alleviates any potential skin pinching.
 
This Silisleeve, at the largest 1” diameter, just isn’t stretching out. Have it over a can for about 3 days and the thing won’t budge and get larger. The 1” sleeve to keep extended, is way too tight
