Worried , cant differ between fatigue and pain

Pain is sharp and shooting. Fatigue is a dull aching at the base or along the shaft.
 
Fatigue can be determine by how your penis responds to training. If at the beginning of the cycle your penis is exhausted (usu. 1+ hours) after training this would be considered excessive fatigue.

Im doing erect hanging and i dont plan to change my path , i decided to choose one exercesie for lenght and one for girth in the future , everyone said to me that i wont gain by erect hanging but i feel the work and i also see its working , its like a mix of stretching with clamping since i do erect i see my penis engorged i dont know why guys are so afraid to this im doing 3x20 at evening and 3x20 sets in the night is this too much i started doing erect hang for like 1 month

And it is also good to know that fatigue does not need to happen to make gains. Some people feel this soreness at the beginning while they are making newbie gains and when the soreness goes away the think gains have stopped. Soreness will only happen in the beginnings of PE and when you have switched to a more intense exercise, routine or tool.

The best way to determine whether or not something works is to test it. Measure every couple of weeks, and if after 4 weeks you note no difference then it might be worth attempting something else. Given this data, you should be at the point to make this evaluation.

Agreed soreness isn't a good indicator of a good workout for male enhancement training.

Indeed! But when the soreness goes away the ruler will need to be the indicator. Lack of soreness does not mean lack of gains.
