Opiates have a very long half life so you need to have some patience with yourself as your body resets itself and your opiate receptors have started to produce serotonin on their own. At that point this’ll no longer be an issue. In the meantime I suggest you follow the newbie routine, particularly the PC workout. As you get better this will help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles giving you much better EQ. You can always use a pump to force blood into the penis to help solve this issue even faster. I know this because I went through all this myself. After opiods my t levels are down to 246 ,my erections are hard to get and terrible do you think exercise will get me back to normal?
Any suggestions I am afraid of taking testosterone
I take the following to help, bear in mind I go gym weight training too.
- D-Aspartic Acid
- Vitamin D
- Tribulus Terrestris
- Fenugreek
- Ginger
- Zinc
Why do you take Fenugreek?
Thats not gonna do much for testosterone levels. Those supplements come from bro science on fitness forums with is not real science. In order to have healthy hormone levels you need all 90 essential nutrients at the right quantities every day plus in this case enough animal fat in your diet to synthesize hormones.
Be Suprised as they have raised my levels some what
For improved libido and gym
Have you noticed any changes in your chest or around your nipples?
Nonot really I had a fairly large chest anyway from constantly training chest when I was 18. Onlh other thing with fenugreek is that you sweat it so you smell of a like curry powder as their are parts of it the body can break down
Can you give me a sample of the kinds of foods and amounts that would help me get my t up as I am down to 246 which is terrible.
thanks
You dont need to take testosterone unless you are planning to get into bodybuilding.
The most important thing to bring your test levels back to normal is diet. And by diet I mean micronutrients. All the essential nutrients that your body need FIRST. Second, macronutrients. For hormone levels specially important to consume plenty of cholesterol and animal fat. Without it, the body CANNOT synthesize testosterone or any sex hormone.
Once you have your nutrition covered, THEN and ONLY THEN, exercise. Exercising without proper nutrition is just accelerating the aging process.
NEVER, NEVER listen to an MD doctor about nutrition. They have no knowledge nor scientific studies about nutritional science. An MD receives at most one semester of nutrition while in Medical School, simply because nutritional science is not their field. Their field is trauma, allopathic reductionism. I.E., drugs and surgery. Thats it.
I am taking ginger and turmeric and some other stuff but have not seen much change I am hoping that I can lose some of the crazy weight I gained which is very unnatural for me. I really feel like I am in another persons body its terrible.

Are you still taking the above and being consistent with the way you go about taking it?
