Why has my previous account 'Vociferous' been limited?

This is the first time I've heard of a "limited" account.
Can you give some more details?
Like, can you login? Do your first account posts still show?
Things like that.

Personally, I don't have the ability to "restore" it, but I'll bet that the details you could give would be a big help.

I just checked and somehow your profile has been set back to "users awaiting e-mail confirmation".
Since you were a fully registered member before, this sounds like some sorta computer fart.
If you still have your initial confirmation e-mail, try to re-register. If that doesn't work then DLD or JAZ will have to re-set ya.
But the good news is it doesn't look like any of your former posts were lost.
If that's any consolation.
I found 'em just by searching for vociferous.

Could editing my email address on the 'Vociferous' account have anything to do with it?

Changing your e-mail address shouldn't have changed anything, but when dealing with computers...anything's possible.
We'll keep looking.

I've informed DLD about your problem, there are a coupla other glitches in the system that probably need a little looking into also.
Computers, as handy as they are; I freeeeekin' hate 'em.
