Im joining here pretty soon, and have some questions pertaining to shower with other guys, never had to shower with other guys and kind of nervous to be honest.

Dude, I retired-disabled- after 20 years; believe me, showers are by far the least of your worries. What branch are ya joinin'?

And: have you really thought this out completely?
One of the cautions I give anybody thinkin' of signin' up is this; believe nothing that the recruiter tells you!
Nothing, if it ain't on paper, in your contract, it never, ever happened.

If ya got any questions about the service in general, gimme a holler; I'd far prefer to see anyone "go into battle" fully prepared than not.
