No, it is not! I have device like that, it can't be worn all day. It is not an ADS all day stretcher. There is no way you can wear that stuff comfortably all day. I was asking for anti turtling device. I already stretch with extender andd it is a pain to wear and can lat 2 hours best. I need omething to wear 12 hrs. Like a sleeve, but no vacuum or head restraint. I'm just asking which sleeve to get.
