Hi, Sorry I don't know the name of it, I checked the entire store but I don't see it for sale? The one mine came with split in half after using it for a while.

It's just a short penis sleeve used to reinforce the cap and the base of the glans. You can use any old damaged sleeve for it.

I'm a bit confused, in the video it shows it going over the Vacuum Knob (that's how I've been using it in accordance with this video).

Is it not needed in this case?

No. It's more of a comfort thing. I would rather use it over the glans and cup to reinforce the connection and strengthen the stretch.
