NIR / RED When to use red light for heal

I got a normal light i was thinking to use it..but I have no idea when to use it, thanks
I have for a long time used MOS-RED after my sessions for faster healing and to keep the discoloration at bay in my glans from stretching with LENGTHMASTER 3. Without MOS-RED it would not work for me. I have discovered more beneficial things as well, like better sleep, more relaxed in my body, faster hair growth probably 😆...

Now I have some diffrent problems due to much bundles of my penis when stretching. I get fluid retention from staying clamped down in the chamber fron just 5 minutes. So I'm now using MOS-RED during my sessions, and between my sets, and after my sessions in order to reduce this fluid retention build-up. It works very well.

Do you have MOS-RED, or a different kind of light. There are 2 wavelengths that you want. You don't want just the red ligth. You need near infrared as well in order to maximize the benefits.

Yeah, I always use my Infrared lamp between my sets and as a warm up as well. Proper type of heat is paramount when it comes to gaining in PE and in preventing injury as well.
 
You can do that and see if you experience and benefits (reducing discoloration, faster healing...). But I use my nir/red (MOS-RED) with a naked penis. I don't know if the wrap will prevent penetration of the light?
Do you set any specific time for using red light ? Or you do it after you Finnish workout with LM ?
For me i do workout 2 time a day 20x2 and after i Finnish my workout i put bandage on it someday for 8 hour someday for up to 14 hours.

15 minutes after stretching session.
Now I have been forced to get in 4 minutes between sets as well, in order to deal with the fluid retention, from bundle so much. My penis will adjust.
