i ve been peying since august , my routine consist on 10 min warm up 3 sets of 30 second stretching ( up , down , forward , left , right ) then jelqing for 10 minutes 2on1off , recently i've added bundled stretches that feels amazing , i've gained 0,5 girth but little bit near 0.25 in length from a starting size of 5,7 inch ,i know that my routine is light and i was planning on adding more , i'didn t gain in first mounths as i believe my stretching technique was wrong , so i want to know please if i should keep my routine or add new things for lentgh gains and if i should take a decon break or even a small break since it s been 5 months without interruption , and another question is how much force should i exerce while stretching i m confused ?
