What's the consensus on P.E. methods while sleeping?

I would rather you sleep at night and spend that time healing. Too much risk when unaware.
Thanks one thing I've done before that seemed to help (wasn't doing SRT then) was going in just the bell part of the Phallosan without the belt before sleep and basically using the vacuum only w no stretching as a way to prevent turtling throughout the night. It seemed to make a big difference and never had any type of circ. issues or anything because it there was no actual traction.

Do you recommend either something like that or UJW? There has to be something harmless but efficient to do w all that time!
 
I wanna master sleeping extended my current equipment makes it imposible! I have a penimaster great tool for anything other than sleeping haha.

I think I've written this elsewhere but over the years I've tried sleeping with:

Initially the Sizegenetics, not with the silicone noose or 'comfort strap' but with the velcro mod that was a strap but didn't slip. Terrible terrible idea! The once or twice I actually did manage to get to sleep I woke up less than an hour later with contact friction pain at either end of the device as it was at a weird angle laying down so nope, I found it impossible. That was also the device I caused myself the most injuries with, thank goodness they came out with vacuum attachments at the glans these days.

Um....I've done Uncle Jim's Wrap, held ok, the constriction I needed to keep it stretched out was a little too much for me & I'd get cold/numbness fairly quickly so also no for me.

When the Silisleeves were released and later the Durosleeve, that made healing while elongated a little more manageable at an affordable price point. Great for day use if you can't use due to circumstances or don't own a traction device for passive stretching. Night time was hit & miss for me. I was fine going to sleep, I had a sleeve that was the right diameter to hold on but not strangle and the sleeve becomes a little more pliable when exposed to the warmth of your skin. The biggest issue I had was night time erections & sometimes the sleeve would creep up or down with the expansion/contraction & give me little rubber grazes under my glans or I'd wake up only halfway in the sleeve as it had slid out.

The phallosan was next, I could sleep with it on for about as long as I could wear it while awake and for the exact same reason, friction/pressure soreness from the foam ring that goes around the base of your dick, maybe a couple hours at best before it felt like someone giving me a Chinese burn on already sunburnt skin, unpleasant....yuk.
If anyone reading this is using the Phallosan Forte at the moment please try an elastic/velcro modification that attaches below the knee, world of difference.

Ok so finally.....the SiliStretcher. I've had this thing for just over a month and its about half/half the nights I've slept with it on. I just tallied up the sleep hours in my personal notes and it comes to 67hrs I've done unconscious PE haha! Most of the time I wake up it's because I have to pee, or my son wakes me. Sometimes I'll put it back on but most times I'll just go back to sleep without it cause it's winter here & my bathroom is freezing so I just want to get back in a warm bed. It's usually 4 or 5 hrs I'll sleep with it on but I have slept 8 and 9 hours before, no issues at all, no coldness, numbness, the tiniest bit of fluid retention but negligible. Nocturnal erections are no problem, I think I got lucky with sizing, my glans pretty much fit perfectly in the bell/Silipad so it doesn't get squished in there while erect, but the shape and material of the Silipad2 is so comfy I've actually been experimenting with doing erect stretches using the heavy para chord & foot attachment from the h/core belt kit, but I'm getting sidetracked now. Bit of a long post, hope that helps some. I'm sure there's other things I've tried and have forgotten for now.

Pretty much the same as awake, maybe a touch lighter but wouldn't be by much. Just go by feel, start super light & work up a little as you get confident til you find what works.
 
I'm thinking of cutting a hole in my bed, so I can sleep on my stomach and hang a weight fron my penis in order I can stretch while sleeping.

I reckon if you dig deep enough into the back catalogue's of the forum you would probably find someone on here that's tried it! That's a hilarious visual right there though.

2 methods of elongation while sleeping that are safe are the Uncle Jim Wrap and the Silisleeve. Anything else is dangerous.
