What’s the best way to clean the pump? Soap and water? Disinfectant? Let me know because I have gotten dermatitis from the pump not being clean enough even though I’ve cleaned it three times a week consistently.

That's crazy. I only used mine 4 times but used dawn soap and a pvc wide pipe cleaner to scrub in between. Are you ejaculating into your BM? What are you using with it besides water? To me (based on how I used it) it probably stayed cleaner than my underwear. My dick would only squeeze up against the sides towards the end of sessions. When I did use the mitysleeve with it, I used hair conditioner to enter. When I needed to regain erection between 5x5x3 and another pump session I would use body wash to stroke with.....so what I am getting at is....it seems... theoretically anyways, that the Bathmate would always stay pretty sterile being that the only thing I personally used with it during sessions was hot water and soap which are not friendly for bacteria to build upon. My dick was squeaky clean when entering due to the body wash beat off seshes. Then adding a dawn dish soap scrub after...like I said...cleaner than my underwear. I use ISO to clean my sleeves and other equipment maybe dilute some 91% on a 1:1 with water shake it around and let sit?

I did notice red dots all over my dick after the first time. The 3rd time I bruised my whole shaft it was purple for a day or two. Is it possible the dermatitis could be mistaken for pressure related skin issues?
