Whats a good girth routine to get me from 4.5 to 5.1?

So im 4.5 rn. I would like to be 5.1 within the next 6 months.

What is a reliable routine. I was thinking of doing the 3x5 bathmate slow squash jelq routine.

But i heard the bathmate doesnt provide permanent gains, just temporary.

What should i do?
 
The Bathmate delivers permanent gains but you need to be consistent to make the gains stick. The 5x5x3 is the best girth routine. What are your plans for length?
 
So how many days a week?
I just did the 5x5x3 program. Its almost as if the slow squash jelq actually made my pumps dissapear. Starting to think i should just use the bathmate.

But last time i used the bathmate for 4 months with high intensity not one cm of permanent gains :/

For length im just doing tunica stretches 1x1minute and 30 seconds up down left right straight out and btc with no lm.
 
You need to adapt to how to do the slow quash jelq. Also remember to pump at high intensity during your second set and max intensity during your last set. Also remember to increase pressure all through your session.
 
I mean it just doesnt seem to work for me.

I get hard, i grab the base hard, i grab under my head hard. And i bend ans squish together....
Does the bathmate really only give fluid retention gains?

The BathMate gives much less fluid retention than air pumping. The water pumping actually makes it difficult to take on fluid. When the BathMate is combined with the SlowSquashJelq there is NO RETENTION, just pure tissue expansion.
