What stretcher and devices have worked best for you?

I tried the stealth sleeve with extender coil and never saw significant results. It was extremely uncomfortable due to the needed pressure to keep it from slipping off my head.

what device or stretcher has worked best for you and what we’re your gains?

is Phallosan forte the new best all day stretcher?
